The apartment is part of Holiday House Pesa Estate which is located a few hundred metres from the ancient Roman road called Via Cassia, right outside the centre of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, halfway between Florence and Sienna, in the heart of Chianti surrounded by the famous hills that made Tuscany renowned all over the world.
The Country House is close to a Romanesque church dating back to the... 5th Century, and is composed by 6 enchanting apartments, with private pool, that will grant you an unforgivable stay in Chianti.
When choosing this accommodation, guests will enjoy a unique holiday in a farmhouse in Tuscany, a few kilometres from the town centre, yet surrounded by nature.
Nested in a grass garden, where smell of lavender and roses combine in a unique fragrance, Holiday House Pesa Estate originates from the restoration of a typical Tuscan villa that was a farmhouse. There are 6 independent holiday accommodations that can be rented, 4 in the hayloft and 2 located in the main building together with the reception.
Each accommodation is equipped with all comforts, kitchen, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
Internal Description:
In this apartment, the simple elegance of furniture and decorations recall the ancient tradition of farmhouses in Tuscany, and all the details have been combined with taste to create a welcoming atmosphere.
This accommodation is built on 2 floors: on the ground floor there is a lovely kitchen equipped with all appliances and a large living room with fireplace which creates a truly charming atmosphere with its crackling flames. From the living room you can enter the master bedroom and the bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor you will find another bedroom, a small bathroom and a balcony with a stunning view over the swimming pool and the surrounding countryside.
Our Personal Opinion:
Perfect property for a family composed by 3 or 4 people who wants to have a relaxing holiday in the Tuscan countryside. The location is ideal since it's located in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa (walking distance to the centre of the town), in the heart of the Chianti midway between Florence and Sienna an close to many must see places.
The property can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday.
