The property was great. It was more than we expected. The apartment was very spacious and it was part of a smaller group of units separated from the main complex which resulted in a sense of privacy. It was located on a hill surounded by vineyards and it was harvest time which was fun to watch. They staff was great, breakfasts were interesting. They provide dinner when requested which was mediocre at best. The cost was 30 euro. It is a convenience if you get in late and don't want to try to find a restaurant the first day. The one thing we didn't anticipate was the number of units here and the number of people. They have 30 apartments. It wasn't bad, it was just that your description did not make this clear. It implied a smaller complex.
The privacy of the guesthouse.
The dinners and the fact that they were putting in a tennis court. Also the 0.7km walk to breakfast which was up and down a steep hill. We were told not to walk it a night because of wild boars. So we drove to breakfast.
Country full of vineyards. Wonderful wooded rolling hills, beautiful houses scattered around the hillsides. -

Absolutely beautiful property. Beautiful views of the valleys. The terraces are great and the grounds keeper was very nice.
The villa was very comfortable and roomy. Beautiful furnishings. The bathrooms were the best I have ever found in a rental property in Italy. The kitchen was well equipped with nice wine glasses; two bottles of Antinori wine are provided upon your arrival.
The property was hard to find on the narrow gravel roads.
The views were beautiful and Florence and Siena were very easy to get to. -

Just what we needed!!! Exceeded our expectations. No complaints!
Quiet; very helpful and informative staff.
No fan in bedroom to help cool down room after very hot days.
Accessible to major highways. The local towns were just as interesting as the major cities. Liked the proximity to Greve and Radda. -

The property was very nice, both the interior of the unit and the surrounding grounds. There is a nearby lake for swimming, adjacent to the vineyards. The property is centrally located in Chianti, allowing day trips to the surrounding cities, including Florence and Siena. The unit itself was quite new, and the kitchen was relatively complete to allow for some home cooked meals on the patio. The staff was cordial upon our arrival, and presented a variety of food and wine to get us through our first night. Overall, it was a wonderful experience in a very beautiful location.

Excellent property.
The view, beautifully decorated, great attention to detail in its design. The staff was great; the gardener built fires for us, and the housekeeper was very accomodating.
The road up to the property was rough. The phone system was inoperative. It was also a bit remote.
Magnificent hillsides and vineyards; very well maintained area around villa. Climate was perfect, sunny days and cool nights. The surrounding country side was great for hiking and exploring.
