Nice traditional Tuscan staffed villa located near Greve in Chianti, in the heart of the Chianti region. The villa, immersed in the nature, sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and has a large swimming-pool with views over the valley.
The villa is situated within an estate of 5 acres with an amazing garden that surrounds the house and the swimming-pool with many plants, flowers, bushes and lawns, all perfectly integrated with the landscape. The private swimming pool of 6x12 meters is located slightly below the hou...se and offers breathtaking views of the valley. The outside is completed by a terrace and a tennis table.
Internal Description:
The villa is not air conditioned but it has 3 portable fans (1 per bedroom) it is divided in three floors:
Lower floor: Composed by a large living-room with satellite TV and dining area with direct access to the terrace and the garden. Fully equipped kitchen with table for 6, laundry with washer and dryer, both with access to the outside and a guest bathroom.
Ground floor: This floor is also connects to the garden and in it you will find a living room with TV and fireplace, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and a twin bedroom with bathroom with shower only.
First floor: On th upper floor there is a twin bedroom with bathroom with bathtub.
Our Personal Opinion:
Perfect solution for small groups who wish to stay in the heart of the Chiantishire on a high level villa. The property has all what you can ask for a unforgettable holiday: comfortable and quiet bedrooms with en suite bathroom, plenty of space (2 living-rooms, big dining area), fully equipped kitchen, laundry, satellite TV, internet wireless, an amazing garden with private and with 100% privacy swimming-pool with views.
The property can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday.

Included in the Price: Final Cleaning, Utility Bills: water and gas, house, swimming-pool and garden maintenance. Internet wi-fi, swimming-pool, 4 hours of cleaning per day 6 days a week.
Excluded from the Price: Heating (if needed), electricity, telephone usage. Extra cleaning for a cost of 16 € per hour, cook for a cost of 20 € per hour (+ cost of food).
Security Deposit: All customers must pay a deposit of 1.500,00 €. It will be returned after check-out in full, subject to deduction for damage caused and/or payment for additional services.
