Villa is located in the attractive Cotton Bay Village resort situated on the beautiful and unspoilt Cas en Bas beach and bay on the Atlantic side of the island. The resort is made up of 72 homes ranging from the apartments around the pool to individual villas with their own gardens. Cotton Bay Village is beautifully landscaped and has a relaxed and secluded feel. Cotton Bay Village is situated on the Atlantic side of the island on the unspoilt and sheltered Cas en Bas Bay and Beach. The 18 hole St Lucia golf course and club is a 5 minute drive. The resort is in a very quiet location with a very nice route through the golf course and golf villas to the resort. It is a 10 minute drive from the main town of Rodney Bay where there is everything you need in terms of shops, bars, restaurants, banks, doctors, health clinic and dentists. Our villa has its own parking, there is a shuttle service from the resort to Rodney Bay. There is no problem driving in St Lucia the roads are good although there are some severe speed bumps on the road into Rodney Bay. It is also very easy to park and the new shopping centre has a multi storey car park.

Additional notes from owner
Exit deep clean fee of US$100 payable to the resort on checking out. Other cleaning is optional and the guests need to advise the resort if they wish to have additional cleaning during their stay. The resort charges US$60 per visit for cleaning a 3 bedroom villa. Linen and towels will be changed at each housekeeping visit.
Electricity is an additional charge and charged at cost by the resort. The villa is individually metered and a reading is taken on arrival and then again at checkout. The resort have quoted US$0.40 per kw. I can give guests exact details of where the meter is should they wish to check it themselves. It is easily accessed.

Our experience at Cotton Bay was absolutely what my husband and I were looking for - a short vacation getaway to just relax. Check in was a smooth no hassle process and the villa and amenities were absolutely beautiful, clean and well laid out. Pleasant surprises - beautiful local flowers placed in the rooms added a lovely touch! The beachfront restaurant was a leisure stroll away and once there it was easy to just forget about moving. It's away from the central Gros Islet area but we chose it for exactly that reason and once you have your own wheels its easy drive to the lively Rodney Bay area. I would definitely recommend for those in high stress jobs to have some down time!!

Stayed here in early May for my birthday with four other friends and i must say, it was incredible. This place is beyond beautiful. From the actual villa to the entire resort in itself. The pics do not do this house justice! It is beautiful, serene, very clean, comfy and modern. This is definitely going to be my go to house every time i visit St Lucia. The owner was wonderful, very patient and willing to assist in any way. The staff at the resort couldn't be any nicer. This was just an overall wonderful trip, and mostly due to the fact that i absolutely loved my accommodation. To be very honest i did not expect a place of this caliber for the price its listed at. The rooms are spacious, and i dont think its listed here but there are actually 5 lavatories, its fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking and the hot tub on the roof terrace actually works! Once again...beautiful villa...you cannot go wrong with this one. Thank you soo much Sarah...for everything.

For our family, this place was perfect! We are so glad we were able to find this place. We stayed for 10 nights and had a fabulous stay. The townhouse is well appointed, comfortable and a great value. It was very clean! The beds were comfortable, and we loved having the privacy of the back courtyard pool. It's a beautiful home.
The staff at Cotton Bay Village were very helpful and the front desk is available 24 hours a day. We rented a car so we were able to take several day trips to other beaches and quick trips to the grocery store in Rodney Bay. It's just a quick 10minute drive over the hill to Rodney Bay.
It's only a 1-2 minute walk to Cas En Bas beach. Cotton Bay Village has a beautiful main pool but we preferred the beach. The location is secluded and you feel like you almost have the beach to yourself. It was never crowded and the water is so warm. The waves are knocked down by the outlying reef so there are just small waves at the shoreline. It's a perfect place for kids to play.
As for the kiteboarding, it was top notch! And a near perfect place to learn. Both my husband and son (11) are experienced kiteboarders and they were able to kite every day. I took lessons and was kiteboarding by the end of our stay. -

Beautiful luxurious town house. Very comfortable, all the amenities of home and more. Small private pool, perfect for cooling off. Very close to the kids club which my children loved. Also very close to the main pool which was not very busy, plenty of space for everyone. Perfect for lap swimming and there is also a toddler pool. The beach is beautiful and also not crowded . Service at the resort was good. Location a bit isolated but perfect if you just want to relax and enjoy the amazing weather. Owner responded quickly and honestly to any questions or concerns.
