C'ob webs throughout the entire condo. Patio furniture was filthy. We had to wash prior to using. Air conditioning is not adequate to keep condo at a comfortable temperature. Because the air conditioning was not working properly, fans were furnished. One did not work. Drain in shower was very slow. No excuse if cleanup crew was paying attention..

The unit is priced very reasonably. Most of the areas were clean while you can spot spider webs in other corners. The beds are ok. The living area needs more light. Overall is a good unit for the price.

The beds are horrible, very hard and the pillows were at lease 5 years old and flat as a pancake. I slept on an air bed that I borrowed for the first 2 nights..The couch is very bad, you just sink when you sit down and the TV is small and old with very
bad picture quality. The condo was very dirty when we arrived, the first shower did not appear to be clean. The second shower did not drain so if you showered in it you were standing in dirty water. The coffee pot did not work.. So no sleep and no coffee.
The refrigerator leaks water on the inside so all of our lunch meat that we purchased from the store got soaked as well as our grapes... We got one kitchen towel for 5 day which would be ok but the clothes dryer took about 3 hrs to dry a small load of towels..All
the dishes are very old, the coffee cups were laughable...The property management did bring us new pillows and a new coffee pot after we notified them on Monday morning, so our last 2 nights at lease we had a decent pillow and a cup of coffee for the morning.
THIS would be a nice place but needs a lot of updating and cleaning to make it COMFORTABLE. -

We were very happy with this cabin. Practically everything we needed was here including things for the kitchen like pots pans plates etc. The entire inside of the cabin was clean -- beds, couches, countertops, carpet, bathrooms, chairs, tables -- everything. However the outside had quite a lot of cobwebs so they might want to clean that next time. The inside is clean though so thats what matters more. Location is also perfect since we were only 5 minutes away from the grocery store, ice cream shop, pizza place, and other stores. I don't think you can get that kind of convenience from inside the park.
We will definitely stay here again. Can't wait to book again for fall next year.

The staff of Pine Mt. Realty was very helpful and friendly. Condo was spacious in a good location. The property where we stayed needs a lot of maintenance. It was not worth the price we paid. We could not find where to put garbage when we left, tv reception was not reliable, one day we had 40 channels, the next day we had only 13, thermostat was limited with directions to not use cool or it would stop functioning, no batteries in remote upstairs, light bulbs needed in chandelier, dining room chairs need cleaning, pillows were old and stained, Outside chairs and table were dirty, pool of standing water on deck outside bedroom.

We were staying for 3 days and we loved the was clean , very well equipped
clean bathrooms and carpets, great location.
The only disadvantage is its about an hour's drive from Yosemite. But otherwise an adorable place in a lovely little Groveland. -

need better maps, we brought our own linen and blankets. there where only one thin blanket for each bed. remote in middle bedroom with tub broken no batteries. wood entry needed anti slip on wood. it was frozen and people slipped on wood, very unsafe.

This place was fairly inexpensive, and was an affordable way to stay near Yosemite.
It was fairly run down and it could do with a little tender loving care.
On the plus side, it is convenienly located a short walk from the pool. The pool was small but nice for young kids. It is plenty roomy with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus a loft. The reservation team was very friendly and helpful.
On the negative side, the owners/management seem like they're being pretty thrifty in taking care of this place. It lacked basic amenities like soap and shampoo, clothes hangers, and bottle openers. The furniture was pretty beaten up and the beds weren't particularly comfortable. I'm usually not too picky about cleanliness but, I found myself giving the dishes and utensils a rinse the first time after pulling them from the drawers.
For the price, I'm not sure this place can be beat, but I would have preferred to pay a bit more for a nicer experience.

Carol was FANTASTIC throughout our stay. Thank you so much for being so helpful during a great but stressful weekend. It turned out to be the GREATEST weekend for us and more importantly for Kevin and Zora wedding. George, thanks for showing us the house for our next trip to Pine Mountain Lake--July 2-6 (leaving on the 7th), 2009. Upstairs bedrooms were very warm. Prior to guest's arrival you might open the windows and sliding glass doors in upper bedrooms, maybe even a couple of fans would help.

This condo is getting pretty old looking/feeling. The beds are not very good, the blanket in the room I stayed in was moth eaten. The microwave did not work; the door was held closed with two rubberbands. The upstairs bath's toilet had a broken handle, one had to open the tank to flush. The fans in baths are very loud.
Overall this condo is not in good condition; cracked/broken tiles, etc.
I am disappointed in this condo!
