It is a short walk to either the Lake Lodge Beach or to Fisherman’s Cove. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and a queen size futon. The loft has a professional foosball table. The downstairs bedrooms have a queen size bed in one and two double size beds in the other. We enjoyed spending Thanksgiving weekend at PML. comfortable house- loved the deck and the lake view. The grandkids were excited about the daily deer in the yard. Only one thing negative - there is not a lot of hot water coming out the of the lot water heater - hard for a family of 6 with baths, showers, and washing dishes. We had to space out our hot water use carefully. The grandkids asked to come back and stay in the same house! Also - enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner at The Grill!

This is a great property in a wonderful location. The view is very nice and we had a good time. The only thing we noticed is that the upstairs bedroom was hard to cool down. It stayed "warm" in the evening even with the windows open. Other than that, it's a very nice rental and the property management people were helpful and accommodating, as always.

We would DEFINATELY rent this house again. We had a lovely time and we have been to PML many times. This view is spectacular.the house's layout was perfect for my family of 5 plus my parents, who could have privacy upstairs in the master while we took the lower two bedrooms. Ate outside every night. THE ONLY negative I would state about this property is the larger, lower part of the deck's railing is not up to code, so we had to go buy rope to barricade our 1 year old from sticking his head/body through the railings (yikes!)... That was nerve wracking for us, even with the rope. But, next year he will be two and bigger ;) so we would come right back to this house for sure. Thank you!!!

Nice location. The hi's are the deck which is wonderful for viewing the lake or starwatching. The deck could use a refresh though as nail/screws are a bit raised and could catch bare toes. Lo's included very limited space for food storage with a party of 9 people for a week. Overall would recommend the house as we were quite comfortable and enjoyed the lodgings. On another note, the PML experience is wearing thin. Rental guests appear to be a necessary evil the lake community copes with. The lengthy list of rules and regs (do's and don'ts) put a damper on overall enjoyment. Seems every time we visit there is some new restriction or disappointment. Five years ago on our last visit, the lake taxi was .25 or .50 for a ride. Now it is $3. Not practical to take a familly of 5 across to the marina for ice cream now.
Not sure we will be back in the future as we just don't "love" the PML experience as much anymore. -

We enjoyed our stay at the rental, it was a perfect location for us and our kids. Plenty of space for them to run around inside and out, plus a short walk/drive to the lake for swimming and digging in the sand. The views from the deck were great, and the kids loved that we would see deer most mornings and evenings. We would gladly stay here again.

My family and I traveled here from Los Angeles, and i have to say this lake view property is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed every minute of it, from the beautiful sunrise to the wonderful sunset. Great location if your looking to spend sometime around the lake. The view is breath taking. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling with the family(just leave the dog behind).Thank you to the ReMax staff, you've been nothing but professional and kind.

The house was nice and clean and had all the amenities that we're used to having at home! The view from the deck was fantastic! Only issue was two of the burners on the stove didn't work, but we worked around it. My mother also missed the step on the deck and fell (she's OK!) so I suggested that maybe they either paint the last board white before the step or put some of that sand paper tape to let people know there is a step. Other than that, we'd definitely rent this house again!

Oh what a wonderful time we had on our weeks vacation in Pine Mountain Lake. The rental home was wonderful in every way. Loved to watch the deer from our 2nd story deck. They would come right thru our yard. And ReMax was so helpful with directions and

Every morning on that deck is heavenly. The view of the lake and the peacefulness was wonderful. The house is 7 houses from the beach with a playground and there are deer everywhere.
We drove into Yosemite 2 days (24 miles to the gate) and hung out at the lake's beach the other 2 days.
We had 4 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Most convenience items like paper towels and detergent, etc were there.
My kids were hoping for wifi and we got almost no cell reception, but there was foosball, board games and movies in the house.
After seeing our pictures, many of my friends have asked for the information so they can look into staying here with their families in the future. -

We are 2 couples from Germany. We stay only 2 days here on our way from Las Vegas to San Francisco and it was so nice. It was very silent and the view over the lake is terrific. Good place for making trips to the Yosemite and to make a BBQ at the evening on the very big patio.

We regret that you felt this Beautiful property was not well maintained. The carport was filled with some recyclables which have since been taken to the transfer station. And we apologize for the grass. Within a week-our Winter turned to Spring and the grasses got ahead of us. The grasses are normally trimmed the week before Memorial Day. Hopefully you can visit again during our Regular Season and have a different impression of this Property.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay in this Pine Mt. Lake home. Tracey from REMAX was wonderful! My only complaint is, I think the housekeepers need a talking too. The house needed to be dusted, vaccumed and mopped. The cooking utensils could use some updating, but overall a great place.

We stayed here for 4 nights in August 2010 and found the home to be spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable. The outside deck overlooking the lake is fabulous, and has an electric awning that allowed us to spend most of our time outside without getting overheated by the sun. The home has very comfortable furnishings, both indoor and out, ceiling fans in all rooms, and aerobeds available should you need additional sleeping space.

We have rented this house 4 out of the last 5 years and absolutely love it. It is perfect for our family. The views from the deck are amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. In our opinion, this is the best place to stay in Pine Mountain Lake.

This was our second time at this property and we enjoyed every minute. The staff at ReMax has consistently been 5*. They are very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to every question or need. The overall experience at the property was a 5 with one caveat. The deck, which is a huge draw for this property, needs some safety repair as well as cosmetic. A few of the railing posts on the driveway side appear to have excess movement and the deck above the carport has a few very soft planks, many screws missing, and a few 3" screws just lying on the deck. As noted above we really enjoyed this property and would like to return. The status of the deck will be part of our decision to return.

we had a wonderful vacation in this house. the deck was perfect and the photos don't even do the view justice. spectacular. very easy, short walk to the lake lodge beach. the upstairs master suite with additional queen futon was perfect for our family of 4. very open layout, light and bright. the home was in great condition. offered lots and lots of deck chairs, dinnerware, cookware, etc. i gave 4 stairs for "clean" only because i thought the couches could use a cleaning. and the knives could use a sharpening. but that's nit-picky. :-) we will definitely book again!

The house was great. All the bedrooms are huge. The house is very clean and has everything you might need. We loved the terrace. It was large and had plenty of outdoor furniture. The house is located very short walking distance from the beach and a playground. We will definitely come back to this house again.

The realty was very accommodating. We arrived after 5pm and the office was closed, and no note was left for us. Luckily a realtor arrived after hours and was able to help us. Please leave a note for those you are expecting but had not arrived. Alas, our cell phones did not have connectivity in Groveland. Best bet, is to provide the box combination to vationers before their arrival.

We have spent one week each summer at Pine Mountain Lake for the past 10 years, staying in a variety of rental units. 03/211 was well located for our family and served our needs well. Our only complaint is that the politics of PML has become increasingly hostile to renters, restricting their access to lake activities (we are no longer allowed to bring our inflatable 4-man boat onto the lake).

We have stayed many times at Pine Mountain Lake. We love Yosemite and renting homes from Remax has always been very easy. We love the mountains and have also stayed with the Sonoma Coast rentals on the beach. My only problem with this particular house was the yard, there were weed very high all around the house, in the summer it would have been a fire hazard. But other than that we had a wonderful time and would definitely rent again.
