Lodi, Ca, United StatesWe had a great time!
Left on 01/14/2013 for a stay in December 2012
Hi,
We loved the house:) The beds were comfy and we used the pool table a lot. We would love to come up in the summer some time.
We could not get the jets to work on the tub, might need to look at that.
The only other suggestion I have is you might have a back up plan for people who forget linens. We got in rather late and did not really want to drive back to Sonora to buy linens, we ended up renting them from the Groveland Hotel. Very nice of them to rent them to us but it did cost us $50.00. Overall we loved it and had a great time.

Ingrid and Tracy saved our vacation from complete disaster. We are so grateful you were there for us! It's so nice to deal with people who have such integrity! The house was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed playing pool on the pool table! The downstairs bed was a little bit soft. Otherwise, it was perfect.

My family and I had a wonderful time on our vacation, large part to the house and all the fun things it comes with. We got a lot of use out of the pool and ping pong table. It is also ideally located since it is a very short drive to the lake and town. We would all deffinetly love to stay here again!

Left on 06/28/2011 for a stay in June 2011
The house we stayed in was fine for our family of three. My teenage son enjoyed having the upstairs to himself. The place was a little dusty and we had to wipe down the tables and counters. The porch had one table and $5 plastic chairs, which could be improved. The greens keepers groomed the golf course EVERY MORNING which was a little annoying to someone who treasures peace and quiet. Otherwise, a nice place for the price.

We loved the actual property but getting to the property was a hassle. We weren't told exactly where we had to go first in order to get the keys so we had to drive around for a couple of times before figuring out how to even enter the general area through the high security gates. Also, it didn't seem necessary at all to have a gated community in such a secluded and calm place.

Washington, PAOur family reunion!
Left on 07/19/2010 for a stay in July 2010
Our son is fly F18 jets in the Navy and is shipping out on an 8 month cruise at the end of July. The six of us all got together for a hiking trip at Yosemite and stayed at this cabin. It was wonderful...we especially enjoyed the mule deer in the backyard! We played games on the deck at night and just had a great family vacation...our first in a long time!

Crossville, TNThe house itself was very nice, but not very clean.
Left on 06/26/2010 for a stay in June 2010
The house was nice but there were cob webs and spider webs everywhere! Lots of spiders!!! If you opened the window shades spiders were all over the windows. We also ordered the towels and some were not in the best shape (stained). The house itself had lots of amenities and was great!!. It just needs a good cleaning.

Did you have a good overall stay? Yes, would have been nice to have wired or wireless internet service, back porch looked like there are bees getting into the upper left wall of the house above the windows. Was not an issue for us, but wanted to mention it.
Was the vacation rental in a great location? Very quiet and private
Was the home clean and in good shape? Yes
Was the vacation rental management staff helpful? Yes -
Foster City, CAConvenient house for Yosemite-area activities
Left on 06/04/2010 for a stay in May 2010
The house was very clean and nicely updated (kitchen appliances, floors, bathrooms). The view off the back deck of the golf course through the trees was very relaxing. The beds were a little on the soft side which wasn't ideal. The main issue was there weren't any balls for the pool table! We looked everywhere but couldn't find them.

Venice, CaliforniaGreat Escape!
Left on 05/31/2009 for a stay in May 2009
My family and I spent four wonderful days here and had a blast. The house is located about 45 minutes from Yosemite but it is a beautiful drive. Our only complaints:
1) There's only ONE good pool stick, all the others where either broken or crooked.
2) The whirl pool tub was not working.
3) The outside decks (2) were really dirty, tons of spiderwebs and dirt, it really needed to get cleaned.
Other than that it was great and we would definitely return. -
Oakland, CAThanks!
Left on 04/28/2009 for a stay in April 2009
Renting a house was a great way to see Yosemite without "roughing it." The property was basically well kept and had lots of nice ammenities. Sleeping downstairs in the master was a little rough if you're a late sleeper because the noise from the floor above was really loud! But who wants to sleep in when waterfalls and wildflowers await!
Thanks! -

Santa Rosa, CAI really loved it!
Left on 08/15/2008 for a stay in August 2008
The only problem we had was the day and a half of cold water. We had to shower after a day hiking up Half Dome with very cold water. Other than that, we all loved the house. The deck was great, the view was great, the pool table was fun...loved it! I would totally stay there again.

Los Angeles, CAA few Suggestions
Left on 06/30/2008 for a stay in June 2008
The kitchen lacked a few things, for instance, a couple of decent frying pans for eggs, etc. and a decent knife or two.The only other discomfort were the beds. Matresses a little firmer and decent pillows would be just the things to make it an extremely comfortable stay. All else was great.

Castro Valley, CAPresidents's Weekend in the Mtns.
Left on 04/29/2008 for a stay in February 2008
We've stayed at this house before. It overlooks the golf course and the driveway is an easy in and out, a good thing in winter. They could use more pots and pans but other than that a great place to enjoy a weekend. Also has a regulation pool table. A must for teenage boys.

San Jose, CAGood spot for deer watching
Left on 04/15/2008 for a stay in October 2007
This home has a golf course view, and boy do those deer love the golf course after hours. It has a wet bar and a pool table on the lower level, plus a good size bedroom on the lower level, with a wood burning stove and a large bathroom. We actually liked the lower level of this home better than the upper level, and that is where we bedded down. We are just a couple as our kids are grown, but it occurred to me this home would be good for a couple with teenagers or older children, as they could have the lower level to hang out away from the old people.
