We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was clean and had a lovely cosy feel to it. The town of Groveland is just up the road and is fun to check out, especially the "Iron Door Salloon". The house was relaxing, quiet and warm. We would definitely stay again!

Clean on arrival, spacious, comfortable, nicely furnished, slept 8 comfortably. We found the driveway easy for 3 cars. Although the final signed form indicates that you need to bring linens and towels, this house provides those. Kudos to the owners for sharing their house and the property management for keeping it in great shape!

Left on 08/06/2012 for a stay in August 2012
My family and I had a great time at PML and are very happy with the property. We researched many properties in PML and are very happy with our choice. We comfortally slept 4 adults and 4 kids. The kitchen had everything we needed and could easily accomdate 3 adults in it at once. The kids loved the game room, horse shoe and fire pits. The only thing that could be frustrating at times was the inconsisent internet signal. The unit has DSL but I would get kicked off the internet multiple times. Besides that we were very happy with out stay and would stay there again.

The house, lake and weather were all perfect.
The drive to Yosemite was simple and we had a great day there seeing lots of spectacular sights. The house was a good size for our 3 families. The property rental company was very helpful. We're sorry we didn't stay longer and hope to be back some time again.! Thanks! -

Left on 07/13/2012 for a stay in July 2012
This home is great for a family. It's large, clean, beds are comfortable, and has fun games in the game room. We enjoyed the lake. This house is too far to walk to the lake. Parking in the Marina Lot is a problem on the weekends, but there was plenty of spaces during the week. We were confused whether linens were included because the paperwork from booking stated it wasn't. This property does have sheets for the beds and towels, but you need to wash them before you leave, which means you'll need to get up early in order to checkout by 11 AM. We would stay here again. The management company was very helpful in answering questions about the house and area upon or arrival.

The house was spotless. Good quality linens and towels were included.
We loved the firepit in the evenings. We played pool and pingpong every night, there were games and movies available, and pretty much everything we needed.
A little far to get to Yosemite everyday, but the space and comfort of the house definitly made it worthwhile. We'd come back, maybe a little later in the season when we could enjoy the lake, which the kids would love! -

This house is beautiful and big! I loved looking out the kitchen window watching the deer. The game room was very entertaining for my teenage kids. I would definately rent this house again on vacation. I'm very picky about what kind of house I rent when I'm on vacation, this house was very clean and had a warm feel to it. The property managers were also really helpful.

Mountain View, CANice place
Left on 07/07/2011 for a stay in July 2011
This is a very nice, clean place. Though we didn't have time to use it much, fire pit and the entire game room looked great. Really enjoyed high ceilings in the kitchen/dining area, great pantry, spacious light house. A few things that could be better: only 2 bathrooms and the entire downstairs area (one bedroom and a den that is also used as a 4th bedroom) do not have a bathroom. This is essentially a 3-level house and there are bathrooms on 2 levels only. Master bedroom and bathroom are huge and great. The house is in a nice quiet area but it's not wakable to any of the beaches. Other than that, great cozy place and we'd come back again.

Wonderful house! The only "issue" was that it wasn't made clear that linens and towels were provided. The blanket and comforter provided in the master bedroom had an odd smell. Coffee make also less than desirable.

I was given the impression we would be closer to the lake when I reserved, at least bikeable with our son. I don't recall being quoted for the reservation fee till I received the receipt. We were told to bring towels and sheets, which I had to bring for 8 people, and it was available.

Left on 08/24/2008 for a stay in August 2008
The only problem with this property is the parking. The twin garages have been turned into a bonus room (with lots of games, so this is great) but this leaves only a very small, very steep semicircular driveway for parking (there is no street parking allowed in PML). We had two cars with one a large SUV, and it was quite a tight squeeze to make it work. Otherwise though this was a lovely property and easily the best unit of the three we have rented at PML.

The property manager should be more informed about the property. We were told we had to bring all of our linens which were very bulky to pack to bring on a plane. When we got to the house, we found that all linens were included along with soaps, spices, and other amenities.

Spartonburg, SCGreat place for Yosemite visit
Left on 04/26/2008 for a stay in June 2007
My family of 4 stayed here in June 07. The house was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The drive to Yosemite Valley floor was an easy 30 minutes or so. We visited Yosemite in the morning and played golf at the Pine Mountain Lake course in the afternoon. In morning & evening, deer would roam through the neighborhood. If you are visiting Yosemite and are not into camping, this is the way to go. Much more room than a hotel, with the comforts of home. Only slight drawback was the limited cooling ability of the HVAC system, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, highly recommend!

Left on 04/09/2008 for a stay in August 2007
I found the interior of the house immaculate. The BBQ was difficult to operate and was filthy. I actually hosed down all the porch areas to clean the surfaces and wash away spiders and hosed down the entire driveway to clean up debris and eliminate extensive oil that could be tracked around if stepped on. THIS PROPERTY WAS DEFINITELY A HOME AWAY FROM HOME!
