We had four couples stay here for three nights. Excellent location and wonderful views over the lake. We thought the carpet was quite stained in many places but besides that the house was very clean. Plenty of room for all of us over the three levels. The fourth bath was on a different level than the fourth bedroom and I would have liked to have been advised of that ahead of time.
This group has done a trip like this for the last 10 years and we agree this was our best one ever. It will be on the list for a return. -

We rented 2 cabins both on the lake. This one was immaculate and completely up-to-date. 8 people stayed here fore a week and all thoroughly enjoyed their time at the house. The house has a great games room, lake equipment, a modern entertainment system and a great kitchen -- and of course a fantastic view and location.

We have stayed in this house before but now that pets are allowed, we're loved it even more! The house has a great lakefront location, without the steep hillside of other houses on the lake. The owners thought of a lot of "extras" which made it seem like you were a guest in their home, rather than a renter for a week. We loved our stay! I recommend that you look around the house thoroughly for all the little touches because some of them we didn't find until our last night there (like the closet next to the washing machine!!!)

everything was great and as described, a few minor nits were that the unit wasn't very clean (sticky/grimy floors, etc) and that we ran out of propane on the second day (this was quickly remedied the day after).

A great house, but in need of new carpets and the decks and stairs need to be cleaned. Lots of cobwebs and bats downstairs. We will rent again and hope these issues are resolved.

Big home right on the water for a fantastic multiple family vacation! Great private dock that we could swim around. We like the location within walking distance to the beach and pretty close to the main PML gate. Amazing media setups to watch BlueRay movies upstairs or downstairs or listen to music. Some lighting and a bathtub drain did not work for us, but I am sure it will be fixed for future rentals. Some beds were more comfortable than others which were pretty worn down. We had to keep the kitchen extra sterile to help minimize a little ant problem (but I prefer to keep a fastidious kitchen regardless). Overall we would definitely rent this gorgeous home again because it has everything we need and it fit our extended family of 6 adults and 3 children well.

Our family has been renting cabins at Pine Mountain Lake for 17 years. With our kids and grand kids there's 12 of us that comes up each year. Everyone in the family loved this cabin. The general consensus was "best cabin ever". We had a wonderful time and are planning on staying an extra night or two next year. My only negative is the cabin is a minimal seven night rental. We were able to squeeze in between two other rentals this year but that may not always be the case. The Remax staff were courteous and helpful as always. Had a wonderful time.

The house was wonderful! We will definitely like to come back. The only thing we were disappointed about was that according to the rental company we were not allowed to bring our own kayak.

This is the 3rd place that our group has stayed at Pine Mt. Lake. Each has positives and drawbacks, but the RE/MAX team are the ultimate professionals. When we arrived at this house none of the living room overhead lights worked, and one shower would not drain without manual assistance. Within 24 hours both issues had been resolved, and the rest of our stay was uneventful. We love the proximity to Yosemite, but also make full use of the local kayaking, hiking, swimming and dining options.

We enjoyed Pine Mountain Lake. The home was very beautiful and accommodating. We were so happy to bring along our Golden Retriever too. Our only "complaint" is that PML restricts visitors to bringing their own boat to launch and only offer a small fishing type skif for rental. So, the kids were unable to enjoy any watersports except for swimming. Otherwise, we had a great week.

This is wonderful home alongside a gorgeous lake, and the RE/MAX folks took good care of our arrangements. Our complaint is that it's located in a gated community that treats renters like 2nd-class citizens, not granting them access that owners have. The community had an unwelcoming feel with obnoxious rules posted on signs everywhere. We loved this house and its place on the lake, but we'll sadly be looking elsewhere for our next vacation.

Dear Tracey and Lydia- We had a ball! The house is a bit dated, but the spacious nature of the place was priceless.
It was unfortunate not to have hot water on our first night and next day (until the afternoon) but we all agreed that it was a great house, in a most beautiful setting! In fact, my brother Gary and I are considering looking at property to buy at PML! -

My family and I had a great extended weekend watching football on the big flat screen TV in the game room. The house was situated on the lake with great views from every common room. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The kids loved hanging out in the downstairs game room. We would definitely return to this spacious home.

The location of the house was great. Very nice house with lots of room for our large family. Really appreciated that they accepted dogs. We all enjoyed the house and the lake. A few issues, owners were still at house when we checked in, so there wasn't
a professional cleaning of the property before we arrived, house was not fully cleaned upon our arrival, floors and kitchen could have been cleaner, general clean up on decks, etc. Gas BBQ did not work properly, was unsafe to use, needs repair before some
gets hurt. 2 of the bathroom sink/tubs did not drain properly. Did not find instruction book as mentioned on the Remax welcome letter (Blue book). Did not find instructions to use air conditioning or DSL. Descriptions of beds on line stated 2 qn, 2 king, we
found 1 king, 2 qn, 2 twin, 1 futon. That bed description should be better explained in the online description. Cost was high per night considering issues we faced. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves and recommend to others and would return.Response from RE/MAX Yosemite Gold - 09/22/2011

Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. The Property Owner has since replaced the BBQ, checked on the plumbing issues and is creating an instruction book for the home, including the directions for converting the 2-twin beds into a King. Regarding the condition of the home; the normal procedure is for the Property Owner to vacate by 11: am and have the home cleaned before the Guest arrival. But, the Property Owner was there attending to maintenance issues, cleaning of the carpet and they performed their own general clean. We apologize that it was not satisfactory.
