We really enjoyed the house and the property. The kids loved to see the deer walking down towards the house on their way to find food. The location to the marina and front gate were perfect. The internet and sattelite tv are a plus! We highly recommend this house and look forward to renting it again.

This was our first stay in this property and overall stay was OK. The property was clean but had some smell when first walked in like had not been utilized for a long time. The smell was gone after opened up the windows and doors. The screen door to the balcony was fallen off (before our arrival) & could not put back. So that we had to keep the balcony door closed all time. There were 2 BBQ grill but none of them appears working. The gas tank was empty and charcoal ash from previous use were still there and need to be cleaned up. The hot water was good and shower pressure was strong. Although the instruction of how to use internet wifi was on the table but no instruction of how to operate the air condition. There were 2 controllers on the wall but never be able to turn on the air condition. It might be broken ? Hopefully there's some intruction for it in the future. The first night there was hot but did not need AC for rest of the days.
There were some deers walked around our back yard, very close to balcony, durng our stay. The kids were excited and took a lot pictures.Response from RE/MAX Yosemite Gold - 08/24/2012
