Property location is good, very close to Yosemite, but property is old, bedding and pillow is not very clean.

Photos do not do this home rental justice. Pleasantly surprised how open & spacious it is inside. Very charming, quaint, quiet, comfortable place. Excellent amenities, but kitchen had no spices. Bring your own seasonings in case you cook. Had a couple of minor issues, but property management co. took care of them immediately.(Thanks Tory, Carol, George, Michelle, and Rebecca.) 1hr+ to Yosemite, Columbia State Park, Pinecrest Lake. Rented paddleboats on PML. Decent prices and lots of fun! Weekdays less busy. A great, relaxing time. Mama and baby deer grazing on property the morning we were leaving. Great way to end our stay. Hope to be back. Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous time. This area is so convenient to Yosemite high country where we hiked two days. The only negative part about the location is the lack of a path or sidewalk anywhere in the Pine Mountain community. We expect better in California where walkability and safety are highly valued.

Very nice accommodations in a quiet quaint town called Groveland...Close proximity to Yosemite Park with spectacular views as we drove around the area...Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area...

We found this cabin a perfect place for our. "Base camp" when visiting Yosemite. It was perfect for two couples and provided us with a comfortable place to rest and relax. The management company was Avery friendly and helpful.

This is our 3rd house in PML. The location was a little noisy for our taste as it's right next to the entry gate. The bed advertised in the master bedroom is actually a double not a queen. Other than that we enjoyed the house and had a great time on the lake. A perfect vacation!

Better location instructions can be given for first time visitors. Exact location of the unit, how the numbering system is interpreted, (there is no address number on this residence, you must use lot and location number). We arrived at night and had a bit of difficult finding the home. Otherwise, our stay was splendid. We will come back again and will recommend PML to our friends and family.
