Good location, lakefront, set in a cove, very nice cabin. Flat screen TV's, Microwave, Charcoal BBQ, & A/C. Pleasant view from brand new deck. Has a dock. Ping Pong table in bonus room.Downstairs bedroom has 1 queen bed. Upstairs bedroom has 1 queen and 1 futon and baby crub. Upstairs loft has 2 double beds. Flat Screen TV with Dish Network. NO Dishwasher. Charcoal BBQ, Guests can use linens service or bring own lines.

Went well with a few glitches- Forgot to give us towels and sheets, on 911 emergency sheet had the address off by 10. On a short inlet so easy to get out on lake with SUP boards and boat. Boats registered with relatives that owned a PML place. Rented boats too.

can not tell you how sorry we are about the linens and towels. Also, the address was off and that has been fixed. We take alot of pride to make sure that all of our guests are happy with their homes and have a great stay with us. We feel that our service is the best.

The house was centrally located not too far off the beaten path. The lake and pool is close by. Huge driveway for the kids to run around. Excellent view of the lake and the dock was newly updated as well. The house was absolutely perfect and would defineltly rent this place again. The only thing missing was the dish washer, but we made due with washing dishes and talking turns cooking and cleaning. Kids loved the ping pong table below also. The deck was great and had alot of furniture which was nice. The fridge is aso big to hold alot of food if your staying a long time. The furniture inside is old and would recommend to be replaced for sure. Its not an updated house, but it worked for us. We weren't there much except to bbq dinner and sleep.

Quiet section of the PML properties, equipped with a recently refurbished dock which compliments the cozy home. Not much of a view so opt for lakefront options if that is a priority.
Otherwise, this was a very pleasant stay. Common amenities are provided, with the exception of a dishwasher, and the location was good for a walk to Dunn beach or a long and lazy paddle from the home's dock to the marina. If the price is right, try it out. -

Great location, I would stay hear again. The place is a 2 bedroom with an upstairs living area that has 2 double beds. This area would be great for young children. The selling point was the beautiful dock going into the cove.

Of course just being at Pine Mountain Lake has its advantages. The home itself is completely ready for you to walk in, unpack and relax. Clean, well kept, plenty of room for up to eight, and conveniently located. The property management is second to none. They take care of all your needs professionally and courteously. I have rented this home twice now and I will likely rent it again! Try it yourself.

1= 4 2= 3 The deck is in bad condition when you walk on the front side section the deck wobbles. 3= 5 4= 3 the property needs a really good cleaning, spider webs in the corners and the floor corners were dirty. It appears that housekeeping runs through
the middle and calls it a day. 5=4 They were supposed to call us and let us know if we could check out a little later we left two messages and they never responded to us. Very inconsiderate. 6= No the deck is not safe. And the front porch railing is also wobbly.
If these things and the cleaning were fixed it would be great. -

The property management personal was very nice and helpful. Other than this, I am not recommending this rental home for anyone to stay in, unless the owners take some serious measures to clean this house. When we walked in to the house, it looked all cozy and nice, but when we got upstairs there were dirty wet towels left by the kids bed near the washer and dryer. The runner by the entrance door is very dirty and smelly, the down stair bathroom tub was not clean, and the sofas' are dirty and smelly. One suggestion to the owner of this house is to buy covers for his sofas and wash them after each gust leaves. The house is located near by a lake and it is a nice quiet place, but it needs some major carpet cleaning and the washer and dryer needs to be downstairs in the garage, not next to the kids beds. I like to thank Carol the property manager who was very courteous and kind to us. Next time I make sure to ask questions, instead of looking at the pictures, because beautiful pictures can be deceiving :)

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone, and we had many a ping pong tournament. The kitchen was well stockednwith pots & pans for cooking & i felt like I was staying at a friends house for a few days. Loved it! Would definitely stay here again

First of all, the rental agency is a joy to work with and tends to your every need pleasantly. Very nice people and very accommodating. The house was clean and comfortable with a set up kitchen. Not only is there lake access with a dock but a beautiful view of the main part of the lake. Neighbors are not too close as the house sits on the lot. There is plenty of sleeping space and two baths. The beds we used were very comfortable. I am looking forward to returning as soon as I can. I was very very happy.

It would have been nice to have had a dishwasher....Also, When we got there outside garbage cans were overflowing from the previous renters..During the night critters helped themselves and garbage was strewn all over the place....

Great location; wonderful lake; kids loved the swimming beaches close by and had a great time on the ping pong table. We took several day trips to Yosemite (the valley floor was only an hour away)-- the deck does need some work and there are some squeeks in the floors, but otherwise, it is a fine vacation home.

We loved it there. For my opinium, the house needs deep cleaning, We saw some mouse FECES on the bed, where the washer and dryer located.

We had a wonderful time. The manager actually waited for us when the office was already closed. She was very nice and helpful. Would recommend using this business for your vacation. Set in a cove with great shade for the cabin. The deer were everywhere and friendly. Very comfortable and homey. It seemed everything we needed was already there. You just n eed to look for it. The ping pong room was a blast and all the kids enjoyed having ping pong tournaments. Uncle Henry ended up being the weekend champion. We went out walking in the evening with flashlites and the kids loved that. We all swam until were turned pruney. Walked downtown Groveland with the family. Great food at the Iron Door Saloon. We'll be back.
