This was our 5th year renting this unit;overall it was in good condition but there are signs of wear. The back slider doesn't lock and the screen was broken. The rental office was very responsive & efficient as always. Carol is the nicest person to deal with she makes us feel so welcome each year.

Our family of seven (grandparents to granchildren) had an absolutely wonderful time for a weeks vacation. The house was really ideal for what we needed with plenty to keep the kids busy and accomodate the adults as well. The lake was just a short walk and our oldest grandson caught his first two rainbow trout. The staff at the rental agency was also very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. I have recommended this place to several people since I have been home.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice having so much room for the kids to spread out. The game room was a nice addition. Our only complaint was the trash was already full when we got there. We had mule deer in the backyard daily which was cool and we appreciated the security of the gated community.

It was a nice vacation, and we loved that all of our dogs could join us! The valve from the swamp cooler had not been shut off so we arrived to a flooded bathroom, my only complaint, but someone was out the next day to solve the problem.

The location and amenities are fantastic here. We got a lot of use out of the pool table, ping pong table, and BBQ grill. The dining table is huge and perfect for gathering friends to play board games or cards while looking out over the lake. I will definitely

HOUSE WAS CLEAN, BUT THE GAME ROOM WASN'T. FUN TO STAY, YOU CAN WALK TO THE BEACH AND YOU CAN SEE THE LAKE FROM THE DECK. GAME ROOM WAS VERY NICE, KIDS LOVED TO STAY HERE.

The house was great for kids...they really enjoyed the game room. The location was great too...easy walk to Dunn Beach. Comfortable house to stay in with kids and small dogs. Only complaint is the 11am check-out time.

We had a wonderful time with our grown sons and family. It snowed and was just beautiful. this place is just low enough to have beautiful snow but it did not build up on the ground so no chains were required. Lovely home, nicely equipped and the game room downstairs was loads of fun.

There were some cleaning issues (game room, stairs, deck)and maintenance issues (broken screen door). We plan on returning and hope that the owner will make some modifications and the rental manager will make changes to how the property is inspected before the customers arrive to relieve them from maintenance headache.

We love the home it was our 3rd year renting this home and it is a very comfortable and clean home. Close enough to the lake you could walk. Great game room. We will be ack next year for sure!
