The house is huge and fully equipped, yet it is very dirty. We slept on the comforter and covered ourselves with the blanket found in cabinet, the entire night our bodies were itchy. Plus the carpet contained many dirts, leaves, bee..etc
Though the view is very nice, if you bring your own sleeping bag and pillow, wearing long sleeve and long pants while walking inside the property, it is ok. -

Another great restful stay. Great deck with views of the trees in a very quiet location. Direct TV was a great upgrade to watch the Giants, Stanley Cup and NBA playoff finals.

The house was generally in good condition. It was a very large house with plenty of room for lots of kids. 3 bathrooms a big plus.

It is a nice place shadowed by big trees. The house has all the necessary things, including a bonus room downstairs.
The management is perfect.
The only concern is a shape of the house. It definitely needs an upgrade. -

There is still a moldy damp smell in the living room below the main floor. It has been there all the years we have been going there. We don't really use that room.

The house itself is huge and is great for a large family, it's even more than a 3 bedroom as the downstairs area can be used as a separate room with its own bathroom. However, the house is pretty old and is not very well maintained. Everything was working more or less but all of kitchen supplies are very old, carpets are quite dusty, beds are old, there dust everywhere. If you don't mind dealing with it and would like a lot of space and a nice deck (although again quite old), then you'll be happy. If old/dusty stuff bother you, then I'd select a newer house.

This house is nice and spacious. It’s a bit far from Marine beach, but it’s got a nice view and is surrounded by nice big trees. It’s very clean inside, however the furniture is old and some beds are not very comfortable. One bedroom upstairs does not have air condition that makes it a bit difficult to use in summer.
