I have rented "Voyager's Paradise" several times now and have had excellent experiences with the management and the house itself. It is an incredible place and the people who have shared the home with me all agree how elegant and yet cozy this property is. The only complaint is that the hot tub is not hot enough and the garbage compactor was a little wonky. Otherwise, we had a great time and thank you so much!

This trip was mine and boyfriend's 2nd to Gualala (he lives in the Bay area and I in Tampa, FL) I found Voyager's Paradise online through Coasting Home. The staff were extremely profession and thorough. Nothing but great things to say about them. The property is lovely - home is decorated with furnishings from around the world from the owner's travels, so very unique and eye pleasing. The home is spacious, clean and bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. There is a huge, long wooden deck outside with a hot tub. The only (and I say only because otherwise, perfect) was that there is no view from the hot tub, living area or bedroom with large sliding glass doors. The only ocean view is from the kitchen area, which was a bit disappointing because we really didn't want to sit in the kitchen or use on small oorner of the patio to see the lovely Pacific. The view is stunning but limited. Again, that was the only slight disappointment, as the place we rented before had all glass and a complete panoramic view from every single room of the home, including the hot tub, for the same price as Voyager's Paradise... The staff at Coasting Home truly made up for any disappointment with allowing for a late check out - was a holiday and the only day the sun came out, so they made it a woderful, pleasant experience. All in all, highly recommend, unless you are looking for a home to sit in and enjoy the view, this one wouldn't fit that bill.

We were 4 woman and required 4 separate beds and at least 2 bathrooms to meet our traveling standards. This home is amazing, and we really felt welcome by the owners and all the items that were provided in the home for our use. Marie at Coasting Home was wonderful throughout our reservation experience and check in and out was simple. The location is fantastic, central for traveling either way on the coast. We went north to Fort Bragg and south to Bodega Bay but found the shopping for us was best in Gualala in this great kitchen store in the cypress center at Ocean and Hwy 1, and Trinks is definitely the place for breakfast!!! The only down side of the home was the jersey stretch sheets were hot and you stick to them, next time I would bring percale of my own, and the home did not have a stereo system, so music is through the TV speakers...and chaise lounges for the deck would be nicer...but none of these things are deal breakers...we will definitely be back!

Some friends and I stayed in Voyager's Paradise for a perfect birthday weekend. We had stayed in this gorgeous property six months earlier, and couldn't wait to return. This is a spacious home with an asian-influenced aesthetic that embodies serenity. The kitchen is a gourmet's dream. There are perfect spaces for gathering: expansive deck (great for yoga in the morning,) hot-tub for late night talk, super comfortable living room for delicious relaxation. The only problem was that it was darn hard to leave!

This vacation home was a wonderful place on the Northern California coast. The location was perfect, the home beautiful, fully appointed, comfortable, spacious sunny, welcoming. The kitchen had every amenity a group would want. The beds were comfortable, the deck large and the hot tub an added enjoyment.
The house is within easy touring distance of other interesting areas and close to some very fine dining as well... I highly recommend it.

We rented Voyager's Paradise for our wedding stay. The house is perfect for intertaining people because of the very large great room. The huge deck and view made for a perfect stay. The kitchen is huge with lots of cooking gagets. The house is right next to the highway, but you can't hear any road noise, and the way the house sits you can't see the road unless you walk out to the front drive way.
The ladies at Coasting Homes were so helpful. They recommended homes that fit our plans and even let us visit them prior to making our choice. Several of the people in our wedding group also rented homes from CH, and they were all very happy with their choices.
We absolutley are going to use Coasting homes for our next visits to Gualala. The homes are beautiful, the rates are very reasonable, and the people are wonderful.

Voyager's Paradise is a wonderful house. The view is great and the kitchen was wonderful!! We took advantage of the gourmet kitchen the first night and went to st. Orres (right across the street) the second. We would all definitely come back and stay here again!!

There were 7 of us that stayed at this beautiful place to celebrate the engagement of a son, grandson, nephew to a daughter and sister. . . we all came together to rejoice in this happy occasion and unite two families.
Much cooking was done and the kitchen was very well equipped and the lay out of the house made it very comfortable for all of us. Many pictures werre taken in the lovely front garden. Thank you for a very enjoyabe weekend.
