A big apartment: 136 square meter (1464 square feet) with 6 beds and 3 bathrooms, 10 minutes walking from the medioeval downtown of Gualdo Tadino! This city is close to many beautiful cities to be visited in central Italy!

The house has: 1 kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, 1 studio, 3 bathrooms (2 showers and 1 bath), 1 large living room and 1 TV room. A garage is also available.

The apartament is finely furnished with wood flooring, brand new windows with double glass for better thermal isolation, mosquito nets for each window, wooden closets, TV, DVD player, radio, washing-machine, dishwasher, pots, dishes and potte...ry.

For each rental we provide with clean sheets, blankets and towels. We do manage pre- and post-rental house cleaning.

In the 2 upper apartments 2 men are living, wich means that in the whole building only 2 persons are living! Maximum silence and privacy!

Around the house there is a big fenced garden where you can park your cars ad where you can safely let your children to play.

This house is suitable for big families. It has everything you may need to enjoy your vacation in the beautiful Umbria.

Gualdo Tadino is located in the middle east of Italy and its position is very interesting because there are many beautiful medioeval cities less than 1 hour driving like Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia, Spello, Spoleto. Rome and Florence are both 2,5 hours driving. The Adriatic sea is only 1 hour driving!

You can eventually arrive in Gualdo Tadino by train from Rome and Ancona (on the Adriatic sea) and I will come to pick you and to take to the train station so you don't need to rent a car. From here you can visit the nearby cities by bus or train.

Sport and nature lovers can find in Umbria a paradise for hiking, mountain biking, climbing, hand gliding, caves, wild mushrooms and asparagus pick up and much more! Feel free to ask me any suggestion to better organize your holidays!Read more

These fees are valid all year round.

The fee is all inclusive: electricity, water, gas, usage of anything inside the house, clean of sheets and towels, pre- and after rental house cleaning.

The only additional side cost is heating that costs €20,00 per night, each night you want to use it.

Reservation deposit: 20% of total rental fee to be paid wheen booking. Cancellation policy: full refound if cancellation is done 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Security deposit: € 500,00 to be paid at the arrival.

Good solid quality furniture throughout gives the feel of a truly wonderful Italian experience. The manager of the property is one of the most helpful persons in this industry I have met.
