This impressive 6 bedroom, 7 bathroom luxurious villa is located in Guana Bay and within walking distance to Guana Bay Beach. The spectacular views, the back-drop of Sky, sea and The White Villa (La Maison Blanche) with blue accents is absolutely stunning.
The villa has been furnished with contemporary designer furnishings from Europe and has been designed to provide all necessary amenities to please our guests.
The villa is set on two levels. The upper level is the main part of the villa offering 4 bedrooms with... en-suite bathrooms. There are three independent equal master bedrooms each with wonderful views, en-suite bathroom and Queen size bed. There is an additional bedroom next to the living area that offers 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps four) with wonderful views and an en-suite bathroom. In addition there is a small Nanny Room in the main villa with a pull out sofa bed and en-suite bath.
The air-conditioned living room is exquisitely furnished. The fabulous gourmet kitchen offers exquisite granite countertops and is fully equipped with modern deluxe stainless steel appliances.
Large sliding glass doors open onto an outdoor extensive terrace area. The terrace area offers a private pool, an outdoor covered dining area that seats 12-16 persons, a private gazebo with an additional dining area for 4 persons right next to the pool and a Jacuzzi.
The lower level of the villa offers two additional bedrooms. Bedroom five has an oceanview and offers a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The sixth bedroom offers 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps four) with garden views and an en-suite bathroom. In addition, there is an outdoor shower, large garage area to include a ping pong table, soccer table and basket ball hoop, laundry room and a full generator.
The villa’s extensive space, rooms, patios, outside terrace, Jacuzzi, gazebo and private pool join together creating a wonderful harmonious flow throughout and are bordered by a luxuriant large garden.

The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom equipped with shower, double bowl sinks and modern cabinets.
St. Martin offers a diverse culture since the island is divided into the Dutch-side and French-side. The French side has a more genteel ambience, more fashionable shopping, and a Continental flair. The Dutch side tends to be less expensive, has casino hotels, and more nightlife. There are lots of water sports available to you - diving, snorkeling, sailing, and windsurfing are all popular choices. And it's easy to spend the day relaxing on one of the 37 beaches, strolling the boardwalk of Dutch-side Philipsburg, and exploring the very French town of Marigot.
Our group of 3 families with 6 adults and 6 kids, ages 9-17, rented the La Maison Blanche at Guana Bay Villa. We only rented 5 out of 7 rooms, and had plenty of space to spread around. The property was spacious, clean and within walking distance from a very secluded beach. We've been renting vacation properties over the last 5 years, and I can honestly say this was the best stocked up kitchen, yet. The plates, serving paters, cooking pots/pans, grill and even special utensils for poaching eggs. The property care takers were wonderful as well, and went out of their way to show us the way around town.
While our stay few things broke down, such as air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and the oven was not heating up to a high enough temperature. We notified the care taker of the issues, and the appliances were fixed the next day. Few days later, the pipe under the kitchen sink stated liking, and again it was fixed that same day. The pipe in the utility room was liking as well, and there was some mildew in the showers and in only one of the lower level bedrooms with the bunk beds. It seems that the property is slowly deteriorating, the high end finishes through the villa are staring to rust and wood paneling is piling off, but this could be just the challenges of maintaining the property in the tropical climate.
Overall we loved our vacation, and the villa and will definitely come back.
