Weekly rate (does not include applicable taxes): $1,800 (high season), $1,600 week (low season) inquire about holidays.
This home is fully furnished with teak trim on the ceilings, doors, and windows. All appliances are stainless steel and high quality. The villa was wonderful. I loved the location and the layout. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I loved being within walking distance to Tamarindo and the privacy of our villa was outstanding. The businesses nearby were great and the people very accomodating especially when the language was a barrier. Javier, the man who worked in the courtyard of the villas is perhaps the hardest wroking man I.ve ever seen. What a great person.

Our family of 5 adults stayed here for a week. Mari greeted us with our key when we arrived from the airport; she even made a run to subway for us to get some supper as we had arrived late at night and did not have a car.
We had lots of room for everyone with each couple having their own space and separate baths. We thouroughly enjoyed the private pool and the spa was well used. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The villa is a little far from restaurants, etc. but as we are a family who enjoys walking, the daily 1/2 hour walk to town was very acceptable. Taxis are readily available for a very reasonable fare for those who didn't feel like walking.
Overall, we would definitely look for the same type of accomodation if we were to return. We liked the full kitchen and the ability to cook at home.
