Casa de Linford is a luxuriously built and designed 3 bedroom/2 bathroom 2200 square foot single-family beach home rental located within the beautiful Sanctuary Resort and Spa. Situated approximately 100 yards from the beach at Playa Azul, Casa de Linford offers all of the luxuries and comforts of home along with all of the amenities of the Sanctuary Resort and Spa for your enjoyment.

Cancellation notice is required 28 days in advance and cancellation refunds depend on the ability to find a tenant to occupy the vacated time reserved under the rental contract.
Other Things to Keep in Mind - Check-in time is 2:00 pm, Check-out time is 11:00 am. The house is no smoking and no pets. Although the house is fully furnished, bring your own hair dryers and personal effects. The house is not wheelchair accessible. The home can accommodate up to eight people with its queen size bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in each of the other two bedrooms and a sofa sleeper. There are also two cots and two inflatable mattresses to accommodate different sleeping arrangements. Occupancy of more than 8 persons is subject to extra charges.

We stayed at the Casa de Linford between Christmas and New Years this year with our 2 children and their significant others and had a fabulous relaxing stay. The house is equipped for a large family providing 3 bedrooms and ample living room and kitchen space with a gorgeous view of the ocean from the deck in front. We cooked all of our meals there and spent the days swimming, exploring and riding waves at the 2 walking distance beaches. We seldom saw a person on the beach and enjoyed the tranquility of the area and the laid back atmosphere of small towns to the north and south of Playa azul.Highly recommended for a quiet getaway with family and friends.
