These 2 houses are available to rent separately or together! The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, less than one block away from the beach and fun surf at Playa Grande.

The main house is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, with a pool. The separate guest house is an adorable cottage style home with a full kitchen, private bath, a loft bedroom, and a futon/ sofa in the living room. Rent them separately or together! Inquire for rates and availability.

In the main house, the first two spacious bedrooms each have king beds and share a large bath. Then there is an additional master bedroom with a queen bed and a private ba...th, and private garden patio. Each bedroom has air conditioning, stylish decor, closet space, drawers and mirrors. For added security there's a safe in the bedroom closet.

The living room and kitchen are also air conditioned and have vaulted ceilings with beautiful teak wood accents, and designer lighting. There is a kitchen with granite counters, brand new stainless steal appliances, and a cozy breakfast counter. There's a large sofa in the living room to sleep an extra person.

The outside dinning table has room enough to seat 8 people, and is under the shady covering with a high speed fan to keep the temperature comfortable for enjoying meals in the tropics.

There's a lovely swimming pool with a waterfall, and another dinning table with a palm tree growing in the middle! A real tropical paradise, with your own built in charcoal BBQ! The yard is beautifully landscaped and has an even amount of shady and sunny spots for your tanning or napping preferences.

Additional Location Information

Playa Grande is a very nice beach community famous for surfing, and safe. Other activities include yoga, and turtle viewing. The beach is safe for all levels of surfers. The town is mostly residential with about 7 restaurants & bars to enjoy. The proximity to Tamarindo town make it convenient for all your needs.

  The spacious condo had everything we could have hoped for including ocean and golf course views from all the main rooms. It was clean and had brand new HD flat screen Tv's. Reserva Conchal is by far the best Costa Rica has to offer. We mostly stayed in the Reserve since there is so much to do right there. we played golf, worked out at the beautiful fitness center and snorkeled right in front of the private beach club. This was all included with the condo rental!

  This guest stayed at a different property we manage and somehow the testimonial got put on this house. I'm glad she had a good time, but this particular house is in Playa Grande, and does not have a golf course or ocean views. It's very close to the beach and you can hear the waves from the house. I contacted Flipkey to correct the problem but they said that I can't remove the review, once it's posted. Sorry for the confusion, please contact us if you're interested in this house. Thanks.
