Alborada is a luxury apartment which sleeps between 2-6 people in three bedrooms.The property enjoys an enviable location right across the road from one of the best beaches in Spain and close to all amenities making the use of the car unnecessary.The apartment is one in a block of four and is on the first floor. The three bedrooms all have double beds, fitted wardrobes and paddle fans with two also having air conditioning. The master bedroom has sea views and a spacious en- suite shower room and there is a delightful family bathroom featuring a jacuzzi with sea views.

The apartment is located in the best position in town as it across the road from the wonderful beach and Mediterranean Sea yet close to the town centre and supermarkets. In July and August the area comes alive with visitors, mostly form Madrid, to enjoy the coolness of the sea breeze in the hot summer months. Throughout the rest of the year this is a quiet residential location but it still enjoys fine weather even in mid winter.
The town of Guardamar is an excellent place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun with many great restaurants to choose from as well as lovely places to visit such as the local parks and open air markets.
