What Past Guests Are Saying
Havre de paix
We spend one night in this wonderful place. The room and the separate bathromm are spacious and modern. The place is very quiet and convenient. Very easy to find and close to Guerande. We should have spent more time there to relax.

Loved this Place
My husband and I go to France once a year. I work in the Fashion Industry and have been fortunate to stay in some of the most incredible "hidden” treasures in all parts of the world. Most of the time when we go France we stay in Paris, however a year ago we heard about this Bed and Breakfast on the West Coast in Bretagne. We had never been to this area and had talked about it for years. We went in the early fall and stayed at Ti'm Koadeg, a contemporary Bed and Breakfast close to the coast. This is one of the most unique Bed and Breakfast establishments we have ever had the good luck to find. We were referred by friends, and though they were generous with praise for the owner, Alain and his lovely home, their description could not do it justice. First the place is modern, located on a beautiful lawn swept property. There are tall trees all around, and you can hear the wildlife. Alain served a fabulous breakfast, and he is both fluent in Spanish and English and gave us great tips for sightseeing. The room we stayed in was a large queen with the most beautiful contemporary bathroom. We saw all five of the rooms and they are generous in size. Everything smells new and clean and at night it is peaceful and quiet. This is a great place for walking, exploring the small towns, bicycling, or just enjoying the fabulous food. I love this B & B and will return every time we return to France. L. & K. Rupp, Sebastopol, California
Our home in Bretagne
My wife and I have been Francophiles for many years, with most of our travel to Paris, Lyon and Provence. However, recently we have discovered the wonders of Bretagne--our new favorite part of France.
Quite by happenstance, we discovered the eminently comfortable and lovely B&B;, Ti'm Koadeg, which is just a few minutes by car from the walled, medieval city of Guerande.
The design of this large house is deservedly award-winning. There is nothing like it anywhere on the coast of Bretagne. It's a large wood house with huge plate glass windows--lots and lots of light. There are four bedrooms with private baths, and a large sunny room where a first class breakfast is served.
The house itself is surrounded by tall trees and green lawns, and so one feels quite private and secluded there.
My wife and I have stayed at Ti'm Koadeg twice--just after it opened, and then again in the fall of 2009. It is the kind of place where one can stay comfortably for a week or more, and to make numerous day trips to Guerande, the various nearby coastal towns, and some of the exquisite medieval villages--seemingly unchanged since the 12th or 13th centuries. Also of great interest and beauty are the famous salt flats along this beautiful coast.
We very much enjoyed meeting the owner and proprietor, Monsieur alain Richard, who is friendly and full of excellent suggestions about places to visit in this area. He speaks fluent English and Spanish--and, should you be lucky enough to find him in the kitchen, he is a most excellent chef.
The B&B; is spacious and filled with the marvelous light of Bretagne. It's a good place to hang out and relax, if one does not feel like getting on the road.
It goes without saying that when we visit Bretagne again (hopefully in the fall of 2011), we will stay again in this lovely B&B.; We have already recommended it to friends, all of whom have enjoyed this wonderful place.

The most peaceful and attractive place I'd like to be in again
The sea is at a glance, the pine trees are around... birds and squirrels are enjoying the place and they really have a great chance to live there!
Ti'm Koadeg is a lovely and charming place to relax, forget about all the world, just enjoying the time you have.
The owner is at the same time present and discret, it looks that things are gpong on fine by themselves.
I very much encourage you to be inspired and take a stay there, you'll enjoy it.

Merci beaucoup Corinne pour cette évaluation élogieuse. je t'embrasse
A charming place
It is with the same pleasue that, my spouse and I, stay every year at this confortable and charming place. We immediately fell in love with its warm athmosphere. Its original and modern architecture is perfectly integrated in the surrounding nature and natural light is ever present. Morning is one of the best moments of the day as, thanks to alain's sound advice ( don't forget to ask for special restaurant adresses), we make plans for the day while enjoying a delicious breakfast. And there is plenty to do and see, touring this magnificient region ! In the evening, we fully relax in the quiet athmosphere of this lovely place .
