Accommodation and facilities

Residence Les Greens Du Bassin is on the Gujan Mestras golf course. At 5km from the marina and the beach, the residence is built in the traditional way of the Landes region and is located in the heart of the golf course ? in the middle of Nature. The residence offers you several spacious types of luxurious accommodations, all very well equipped with nice furniture. We can offer you the following accommodation: We have some semi-detached and terraced houses set in natural surr...oundings. They are grouped in 3 or 5 houses with easy access to the swimming pool of the residence.

Swimming poolopening dates and details

The houses are for 6/8 people and are approximately 70m².

Each house has a large living area with a sofa bed for 2 people and a TV.

A kitchenette equipped with electric rings, a fridge, an oven and a micro-wave, a dish washer, with cutlery and crockery for 8 people and an individual washing machine.

On the first floor, all the houses have one double bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 single beds.

Some houses have an alcove with bunk beds on the ground floor and other houses have an alcove with 2 single beds on the first floor.

There is a bathroom and toilet and a second shower room (or bathroom) and toilet.

All the houses have a terrace with garden furniture and a car park close by.

The shared swimming pool and paddling pool are non heated and are open approx. from 15/05 to end of September.

Please also note that WIFI access is available in all accommodation with extra cost payable to Reception.

20% Reduction for our clients. Copied from the golf club description : Golf de Gujan-Mestras is a wonderfully testing par 72 parkland course cutting through beautiful woodland. The course has superb water hazards that will test the nerve of the calmest golfer. Golf de Gujan-Mestras is 6225m of play that you will never forget. This 18-hole course was designed by Alain Pat (with an adjoining 9-hole course). Using a lot of good sense, he has avoided any excessive difficulties and the layout only penalises the players who take one risk too many. The flat terrain has been slightly graded for greater relief and the sandy sub-soil is ideal for a golf course. It winds its way pleasantly through pine-trees and heather, with playing difficulties carefully gauged to avoid scaring the lesser player. Aside from the few water hazards, the main problems are the bunkers and trees, which generally speaking afford easy access to the greens. Beginners will probably find the going a little harder when dealing with some of the better-protected holes. You can easily play here all year, as the winters are mild, the ground withstands all weathers and maintenance has been considerably improved. Our sole regret is the loss of so many trees after the storms around Christmas 1999.
