With expansive vistas of Bahia de Culebra and overlooking the Four Seasons Arnold Palmer Signature Course, Vista Hermosa offers luxury appointments in a stunning setting. This luxury villa rental at Peninsula Papagayo is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath condo, with 2800 square feet of covered living space, and an additional 745 square feet of outdoor living area. You may use our personal 6 passenger electric golf cart at no additional charge. It's incredibly convenient and makes it feel more like a vacation!

Vista Hermosa is conveniently situated next to the infinity edge pool, offering easy access for a quick dip or afternoon of lounging. The pool area also offers a covered outdoor grilling center, highlighting a 36" gas grill, sink, and bar/dining area.

Your rental includes access to the private Prieta Beach Club , Fitness Center, and the Four Seasons Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course and Tennis Courts. The Prieta Beach Club has 3 restaurants, including Marea Restaurant with seafood and regional specialties, the Marea Bar which features sushi and specialty cocktails, and the Sports Bar & Grill which has family-friendly food and multiple large screen TVs. The Prieta Beach Club also offers the Peninsula Discovery Program which offers surf lessons, stand-up paddling, and more.

Your personal concierge will organize your pre-arrival stocking of food/beverages, chef services, transportation arrangements, car rentals, and all the tours and adventures you want to pack in, and all the spa services, should you opt for a more serene holiday.

Inside, 2,800 square feet offers three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a great room and gourmet kitchen. Floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors capture the essence of an indoor/outdoor tropical existence, giving access to 745 square feet of private decks off each bedroom and great room. Top of the line finishes, like rich hardwoods, Coralina stone, marble and granite, add to the sense of luxurious resort living. Artfully designed by renowned Costa Rican architect Ronald Zurcher and masterfully decorated by interior design firm Casa Ambiente.

Each bedroom features sumptuous appointments with its own private terrace with continuing views to the ocean, jungle, and golf course. The air conditioning throughout is controlled by individual zones, with the great room and each bedroom adjusted with its own thermostat. The great room and kitchen feature natural stone tile throughout.

There is a a powder room with stone flooring and Italian travertine countertops, as well as a laundry room with GE Profile TM washer and dryer. The home features wireless high speed internet and cable TV in each bedroom.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
