We booked Tropical Winds through Bender Realty. It was just as amazing as I was told it would be. Great location. Room was very clean. Agents were great at answering any questions we had and suggesting things to do. This will be our next look when we get ready to book again!!!!!

We were very pleased with our stay at Tropical Winds. Bender Realty was very nice and accommodating since we were running a little late for check in. The unit is nice and located only one flight of stairs up so the elevator could be bypassed. The beach was nice, only issue was there was no beach chair service in front of the condo, but a quick trip to the store solved the problem.

The location was great just a short distance to
the grocery stores. I would highly recommend this condo to any one. However it was rather
noisy the week of the Music Fest at the hang
out several couples partied most of the night
and kept people awake. -

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tropical Winds 104, it is a lovely condo with easy access to everything, the Staff at Bender Realty are very caring and professional. We always recommend them and their units to friends as we have stayed at various properties and have always been very satisfied, wish we could have stayed longer

Initail problem was large wet spot in middle of master bedroom. This was reported immediately upon arrival, and although Bender stated someone would come right out, it was the following morning before anyone showed up. The smell was bad enougn we were unable to sleep in that room the first night. (It smelled like cat urine.) They cut a section of carpet out and we had to put up with a running fan the rest of our stay (7 nites). Also, the pool was not operating and only after repeated complaints, remember we were working on the wet problem, was it fixed. They did gave us a small refund (an admission of guilt?) for our trouble, about enough for a dinner for the six of us. Overall, not pleased with the experience - unit needs updating. Won't use Bender or this property next year.

Overall our stay at Tropical Winds was very enjoyable. The location and view are great...staff at the management company very professional and friendly. A resident's continally yapping dog made the pool less than enjoyable and was even audible at times
from the beach. Could use a few more kitchen items but we made do with what we had. I would book this place is a great value for the price. -

Overall good experience. Internet was slow and didn't work for one day, pool out for one day (pump went bad), and sliding doors are loud b/c they are worn out. Good location although the beach is not Destin (sharp shells all over).

Stayed in this unit for a quick 2 night shopping trip after Christmas. The unit was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The people at Bender were very courteous and helpful. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so. Best rates!!!

The only issues were the oil of course...not benders fault but when we called you kept telling use they were cleaning the beaches and our beaches were not cleaned until Thursday of the week we stayed. Starting on Tuesday of our vacation they were mounding sand in front of our condo so from 8-5 everyday we had to listen to bull dozers and dump trucks. We brought our elderly parents and by Friday the mound was to large and they could not get to the beach. If everything goes okay with the oil I will rent that condo next year.
