We had another great stay at Gulf Shores. Young Suncoast took great care of us in setting us up for the 3rd year with a group of 4 families for a weeks vacation at Crystal Towers.

Covington, LARoom was great and since oil on the beach 3 pools were nice!

The room was very nice. Very clean, very comfortable. We enjoyed having the dvd player also.

We enjoyed everything about our very relaxing vacation. The only thing I would have to say about the room is the curtains in the living room are very thin and the sun will wake you up at 5:30am. Next year, we will definately request a room on the opposite side due to that.

This was our third year to stay at Crystal Tower and as usual we loved it. I believe this was our 5th year to stay with Young's and never had a issue until this year. On Tues of our vac. our refrig begin not cool properly.I called the desk there at the resort and the manager (Roy i think) came up and told me that it was cooling properly that the door had been left open. The door did seem to not close like it should but I told him that I had thought the same thing but I made sure it was closed that morning before we let for the beach. It still seemed warm when we came back. I believe it was Wed I called back and said it had gotten worst and he sent a maintenance man up and he said that the unit had a issue before and that the door between the freezer and the refrig was sticking not letting the cold air circulate so he wedged it open. Later that day the frozen feed begin to thaw.I again call and the manager, reluctantly he said there is a extra unit on your floor in the electrical room that we could use and I said great. When we left on the following Sat morning we had yet to have anyone bring that refrig to our condo. We had to throw out ice cream and other item due to thawing before we could cook it.I am a manager of a big box chain and if I delivered that kind of customer service on a compliant issue I would lose a customer as well as be reported to corporate office and coached by my District Mgr. Besides this bad experience that could have been avoided we love Crystal Towers resort and all it's amenities.

We loved this condo! It was very modern, comfortable, and had
everything we needed. The views from every window were
breathtaking, especially since it was a corner condo on a higher
floor. We didn't hear anyone else while we were in the condo--
very quiet. The covered walkway to the pool and beach area was
very convenient and especially nice for my mother, who was
also staying with us. The fitness room was great, and the kids
enjoyed the game room. They also loved the pool. In fact, they
probably spent more time in the pool than the ocean because
there were jellyfish in the ocean when we were there. We would
definitely stay there again.
