It's a great rental

Boardwalk 784 was clean, economical,and in a good location. The people with Youngs Suncoast Rentals were nice and accommodating, especially Mr. Anglin. He was quick to answer my questions, both by phone and emails. Free WiFi and great view from the deck were added pluses! I was somewhat concerned about being on the 7th floor, but the two elevators never kept me waiting.
And yes I would stay here again. -

This condo is located in an older building but the location is great. It was decorated nice with a balcony and a wonderful view. My only complaint is the bathroom needs to be updated a little and it was not quite as clean as I would have liked. The rest of the condo was very clean.

Couldn't have asked for a better location! Restaurants were easily accessible and the beach was just outside our door. Clean, comfortable and quiet condo. Would stay here again if I could.

The view was great...water was fine, stayed hungry because of the sea n suds.
The room looked tired and needed a little tlc.

The beach front condo was great. Had a wonderful view. Everything was clean and could enjoy the ocean from the living room. Only issue I had with the room the bed was uncomfortable. I didn't like the fact there was an outrageous cleaning fee of over $100.00 charged and upon arrival to pick keys up they charge you a $50.00 processing fee. So, a room that was advertised for about $57.00 ended up costing approximately $280.00.

The balcony view was teriffic! The condo was beautiful and enough room for 4 people.
Parking was unpleaseant having to cross the street was an inconvience. -

i've rented from young's suncoast before, but sadly
will not again. this unit smelled funny (coming
from the sink, i think), but we overlooked this
thinking we'd be on the beach so, who cares. well,
if we'd been able to sleep while staying there,
maybe we would have overlooked it. but...it was
spring break week, and it was girls and guys gone
wild, showing boobs off the balcony, banging on the
doors, furniture being rearranged, hollering at all
hours, underage drinking. we called the property
management at midnight and were told they were
"just an answering service" and for us to call the
police. called the police twice, once at 12:30am
and once again at 3:30am...they never showed up in
spite of acknowledging multiple complaints from
various other residents. a security guard finally
came by and told the teens in the room next door to
"keep it down, ok?" we commiserated with other
families the next morning and were glad the folks
at the front desk listened to us with concern and
empathy, but when the party started ramping up
again the next afternoon around 3pm (noise plus we
saw a teenage boy dragging a cooler full of beer
into a room on our floor), we decided to cut our

We certainly apologize for any inconvenience or issues faced during your stay. We at Young's Suncoast do our best to promote a family environment at our properties but like any multi-unit building we have very little control over the behavior of other people especially if they are not in our rental program. Just like at home or in an apartment complex when other people behave inappropriately sometimes our only recourse is to call the police. Unfortunately during the Spring Break period all rental management companies and their guests occasionally experience these scenarios. While we certainly understand your frustration, we hope that you will reconsider and use our services again as we do value your patronage and your feedback.

Enjoyed staying at the boardwalk. very close to good restaurants and souvenier shops. Room nice except had hair in bathtub. Would recommend.

WE GO TO THE BEACH EVERY YEAR AND THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME BEING ON THE 7TH FLOOR. IT WAS GREAT!IT WAS CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING.THE CONDO WAS NEAT AND CLEAN.THE STAFF AT YOUNG'S SUNCOAST REALTY WAS SO NICE AND FRIENDLY.WE WILL DEFINATELY STAY HERE AGAIN.MAYBE NEXT TIME WE CAN STAY ON THE TOP FLOOR!

The condo was clean and comfortable but the location, being just off the elevators, created a wind tunnel effect. We heard howling wind noises all the time we were inside the home. The weather conditions were stormy during our stay, so the stronger winds may have been unusual.
