This was the first time staying in a condo. We enjoyed it very much. It was clean when we arrived. The location on the beach is great! Would stay here again!

We were extremely disappointed with this condo! When we arrived and walked in to the condo it reaked of smoke! It was supposed to be non-smoking, but unfortunately the people who stayed before us must have smoked nonstop! Even the sheets and comforters on the twin beds smelled like smoke! My kids were in tears bc they did not want to sleep there! I had to wash all the bedding before we put them to bed. The walls were dirty and the baseboard was filthy! We purchased cleaning supplies and glade plugins and i spent 3-4 hours cleaning on my vacation! There were picture missing off the walls and in the master bedroom it looked like there was blood wiped on the wall! Disgusting! The closet doors weren't even hanging...they were just leaned up against the wall! We did complain but it was spring break and there were no other units available. We did receive a small credit for the inconvenience (not nearly enough). We will never book with this rental company again! The view from the balcony and location was great...the condo just needs to be updated, painted and cleaned more thouroughly!

Check in was very fast and easy.
The condo is on the seventh floor and had a great view.
Carpet in the condo could have been a little cleaner.
No restroom for the pool area - had to go back up to the condo on the seventh floor to use the bathroom.
Overall our vacation was very restful and enjoyable - the complex was pretty quiet. -

The condo was decorated in oh!!! so nice beach bright colors. Checking in and out was so easy. Everything we needed in the condo. We really liked the key cards for the condo doors. The condo is in a great location, just a short walk over to Sea N Suds then a short drive where ever we decided to go. Just cannot explain how wonderful everything was. There was nothing we disliked about the condo. We plan on coming back next summer if not sooner. Thanks so much.

Overall we thought the condo was nicely decorated and furnished. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped, more so than my own kitchen at home. We loved it. THe air conditioner and water heater worked wonderfully as well. Sometimes, you just never know. But, we never had a problem. The view to the beach was great also! The only thing I would even complain about, which would be two very small details are that the guest bedroom ceiling fan didn't work, the blades were bent. Which could probably be fixed for less than $40 from Walmart. And then the remote control in the master bedroom to the TV didn't work. Other, than that the place was SUPER. We plan to be back next year to rent the same place. Thanks!

This condo was wonderful. It was very clean and the decor was so bright and cheerful. The view to the gulf was simply breathtaking. We plan to stay in this condo again the next time we go to the beach if it is available.

Our first family vacation to Gulf Shores. We have heard how awesome the beaches were but we had no idea. The seventh floor offered great views. The room was clean and sitting on the deck in the morning was great to wake up to. I miss it already. Thank you!
