Booked this last minute. Check-in was easy and fast at Young's office and the agents were genuinly happy to see you! Just what you want after a long drive! Condo was very clean, as is the entire complex. Courteous security guards on-site. Pools, Hot tubs, are scrubbed clean every morning at sunrise. There are 2 Hot tubs and 3 Pools! My 9yr old son absolutely loved the beachside pool. Plenty of places to relax in the sun. The condo is across the street from the beach, with an air-conditioned skywalk over to the beachside pool. We were a little concerned about being across the street, but after we arrived, we were thrilled at how the complex is set. The indoor pool is heated. The game room is great for kids. The kids loved having a tv in their room. I will book this same unit again if I can. Very happy with the customer service of Young's Sun Coast Vacation Rentals. Very professional and friendly people.

Except for the length of time it took to check-in, the stay was nice. This particular condo does need some updating with regarding to a new couch, very uncomfortable seating,no support, appears to be old and losing its firmness. Also, mattress' were too soft for those use to sleeping on a firmer mattress. Other than those furnishing, everything we needed was available, there were even some beach chairs and an umbrella! The view was great, and we'd probably choose that unit again, should we return. I did feel that something should have been done to accomodate us regarding the late check-in. Had we checked out late, or left the unit dirty, we would have been penalized. The manager would not even discuss doing anything regarding this situation. It took the desk clerk close to 25 minutes to get in touch with the housekeeper to even find out if our unit was available. One more thing, unit does not have a DVD player which seemed to be a bit unusual.

our unit was perfect, clean, had a great view. We enjoyed all the pools, especially the lazy river, we did miss going into the beach, the grandkids missed the beach water, overall they also had a great time.

The Unit was clean, well furnished, and big. The facilities at the Crystal Towers were awesome. All the pools, crosswalk, bathrooms, fitness room, etc. were all in excellent condition and cleaned every day. I would recommend it to a friend or family member without hesitation.

We found Crystal Towers 1506 to be a great rental.
The unit was nicely decorated, very clean and
comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed,
unlike other rentals we have had. The view was
spectacular! I loved being able to see for miles
and miles. Everything was convenient in the
building. We could be from the condo, down the
elevator, and over the walkover in less than 5
minutes. We loved the pool area which was the
original reason we decided to stay there. The
giant hot tubs were great and never crowded even
with alot of people in them. My 8 year old loved
the lazy river and stayed there most of the time.
Even though the condo was across the street we were
actually closer to the beach than we usually are
when we stay in Perdido Key. Another plus.....you
do not have to walk through the lobby in your
swimsuit - pool to walkover to elevators on the
second floor! Parking was also great. We could
leave the condo and be in our car and driving out
in 3 minutes. We were also a 2 minute drive or a
short walk from all our favorite Gulf Shores
Restaurant. The one negative thing - No Ice
machine. I have never stayed in a condo without an
in room ice machine,(the wet bar kind) or at least
a couple of ice machines somewhere on the grounds.
If they are not in condo, they are usually near the
pool or elevators. We will stay here again! -

we were worried about staying across the street from the beach but the air conditioned cross walk eased those concerns. The large pool next to the beach was very relaxing. Our overall experience was good. The master bed needed a new mattress. other than that we most likely will be back, especially with a discounted deal!

The condo was great. All the rooms were decorated beautifully. My daughter enjoyed her room. She had a view of the bay. We also enjoyed watching the flat screen tv at night. The balcony was great with it's view of the ocean and we even watched dolphins one morning. The condo had everything you could ask for.

This unit is wonderful. 2nd bedroom is perfect for kids. Master bedroom is great. My kids love the pool. Very clean!!! I can't wait till next year to come back!!!!

The condo was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The view was awesome--we saw dolphins almost every day!! Our 2 children, 12 and 8, loved having their own TV in the room they shared. The pool was very nice; always very clean. The beach was nice, but on the first day had quite a few jelly fish. We slept every night with the balcony door open in the master bedroom, in order to hear the Gulf. The only down side to that was the trash truck came to the resort across the street at 4 am. We would definatly stay there again!
