The accomodations have everything you will need to cook, clean and wash your clothes (detergent not included). It is a very spacious condo. However, it is not highend though we did not need it to be. It was very well maintained and a provided a wonderful place for a lovely family vacation.

I have stayed at various rental condos for family vacations. To start with the positive: The location of this condo in Gulf Shores was great. We were a group of five, with three teens and there was something going on everywhere for them. Security was visibly present which may bother some but effectively they kept a lid on behavior so it remained a family environment. The view from the condo was wonderful and the size of the balcony was enjoyable. The condo it self had tons of room, the third bedroom was an actual third bedroom and fit everyone very well. In my opinion the condo, furniture and main carpeted area needs updating or cleaning as it had a"dingy" appearance. We had a problem with the dishwasher and the owner was very responsive. The condo was cleaned prior to our use but I will not say it was cleaned well. The wood furniture had dust on it and the floors needed a little more attention. The master bathroom shower had mildew in the corners and that is basically a deal breaker for me on whether or not I would return. This is the first time I used a realty company and found that to be a pain. I realize it was right on the way but dealing with an owner for payments, keys etc is my preference. We had a great stay as I tried to overlook these things. What my husband and I noticed the kids did not even see. I would stay at the Lighthouse again, but I would be trying another unit. For the price people are paying for these rentals they should be immaculate and up to date.

I don't want to tell anyone else about this suite because we want to make sure we have it for 2014. We absolutely loved it and the agent for Paradise Gulf Properties was super fantastic. We enjoyed working with Young and will do it again next year.

The Grills should be around the pool area instead of in the middle of no where. People want to spend time together while grilling and not off my them selves.

All in all it was a good stay except for the bed in the master bedroom. It was very soft and slanted. My back couldn't handle another night in it. There was plenty of space in the room.

WE LOVE THE FLOOR PLAN OF THE CONDO. ESPECIALLY THE PATIO ACROSS THE FRONT. THE PART WE DID NOT LIKE WAS THE SOFA AND CHAIR IN THE LIVING AREA NOTHING WAS COMFORTABLE, NEED SOMETHING HIGHER TO SIT ON. TV TERRIBLE AND NEEDED ONE MORE CHAIR FOR SEATING. THE MASTER BEDROOM DEFINITELY NEEDS A NEW MATRESS AND BOX SPRINGS. THEY TOOK THE FEATHERS OUT AND LEFT THE GOOSE IN. MATTRESS NOT FIRM ENOUGH IN ANY OF THE BEDS. EVEN OUR GRANDCHILDREN COMPLAINED. THE CARPET WAS REAL DIRTY IN THE MASTER BEDROOM AND LIVING AREA. DUST WAS REAL BAD IN ALL OF THE ARTIFICAL PLANTS, THEREFORE, MAKING THE CONDO SMELL DUSTY AND NOT CLEAN. THE LIGHTHOUSE IS IN A GREAT LOCATION!!!
CLOSE TO THE T AND OUR FAVORITE REST. THE SEAFOOD STEAMER AND NOT TOO FAR FROM OUR FAVORITE BKFAST SPOT TACKY JACKS. WE HAVE NEVER STAYED THIS CLOSE TO THE T AND WILL MAKE SURE THAT IS WHERE WE STAY FROM NOW ON. THANKS SO MUCH P.S. THE ELEVATORS WERE FAST - ENOUGH IN THE DEVELOPMENT TO HANDLE EVERYONE! -

The room was ready on time. The room was very large and spacious with excellent views from the balcony. Located close to elevator for easy loading and unloading when arriving or leaving. The whole facilty was neat and clean. The swimming pools had plenty of chairs for sunning. Never used the indoor pool or sauna. Nice exercise facility.
I wish we could check in and check out from the Lighthouse instead of driving up the highway. Also wish there more carts for loading and unloading your vehicle. The only thing I thought the room could use was more plates, cups, silverware and cooking utensils. I say this because a room for 8-10 people needs more than a room for 4-6. -

We throughly enjoyed the unit. It was very clean and nicely appointed. The complex is in a great location to shops and dining. Our children realy enjoyed the pools.
