We really enjoyed our stay. We hated to have to come back home. Hoping to purchase a property in that area within the next few years. Would certainly stay here again. The property was very clean, and well maintained.

My friends and I had never been to Gulf Shores before and weren't sure what to expect. The condo exceeded all of our expectations in terms of furnishings and general atmosphere. The location was also ideal as it was right on the beach as well as walking distance to many local restaurants and bars.

The stay here was awesome. It truly had all the things we needed to enjoy our stay. The home was beautiful and being right on the beach was great. It was like a home away from home. The only down side to the trip was traffic conjestion but that is not a negative reflection on the home itself.

We stayed in a three bedroom that sleeps 10 and were given a hard time about getting more than 2 parking passes. When I approached Mike, the property manager, about previously discussing getting an additional parking pass his "Oh really you did" condescending reply put a sour taste in my mouth. He later realized that I was not lying to him and had in fact made other arrangements. Made me realize why we generally book with Brett Robinson. In the tens of times that I've stayed at a Brett Robinson property I've never had anyone be rude to me.
Mike and Suzette weren't very nice at all. As for Suzette, when we were leaving, she gave me another rude comment when I asked her where we returned the keys. I belive the response was "you bring them back where they came from - this isn't a rental office."
Sorry to inconvenience you guys with my questions.
If you don't want to deal with vacationers questions or concerns, get out of the property management business. -

The view from our balcony was wonderful. There was a couple thing wrong with the room though. The sliding door in the master bedroom would leave about a 6" gap and would not close all the way. One of the rails on the balcony was loose and would make a rattle with the wind. Coffee grounds were left from the previous renters and there was mold in the coffee pot. Don't get me wrong, the vacation was a great experience and would visit again.

This was our first year to stay at San Carlos or deal with Youngs Suncoast. Everything from the first inquiring phone call to the check out was top notch. The rooms were extremely well kept and clean. On top of that they were BEAUTIFUL! The building and grounds were immaculate and security was polite and helpful. Love you Al!
Our group takes this trip every year and we have found our place.

The service that we received from Young's Suncoast was FANTASTIC! It was ridiculously easy & convenient.
There were a couple of additional accommodations that our party needed & they were immediately responsive to our requests!
The home we stayed in was absolutely fabulous! Our party included 10 adults & 2 small children... we loved the layout of the home & the spacious design. I wouldn't recommend anymore than the number that we had - unless it's another small child - but we all had plenty of space & a never felt like someone was in our way.
Less than a week after our trip in 2009 ended we are making plans to return next summer.
There's no better way to start the summer than with a trip to Gulf Shores & a week spent living in San Carlos 1509!

We had an excellent time in this beautifully appointed and decorated home. The condo was accomodating and family friendly. We have a family of seven, and the space was large and roomy.
The pool was awesome--it's a graduated beach-like entrance instead of steps, making it perfect for families with young children. Easy beach access, good parking, close proximity to all of the area attractions and restaurants--we'd rent this condo again in a heartbeat!

This condo is outstanding. Plenty of room for a large family. Wonderfully decorated. Fully Furninshed. Beautiful view. It doesn't get any better. Easy access and close to all the shopping areas. can't wait to go back!
