Great access to beach. Great amenities. Condo was nice and clean. Too small for 4 people. Didn't like the louver doors to the bedroom. Consider installing pocket doors with a lock. Was very disappointed that internet was not accessible in the condo. Also, was unable to access the internet in the lobby.

We stayed here in July last year. We had the best time! The bed was very comfortable, and the view was great. We had great walking path to get to the beach. The condo had everything we needed. There is also a really nice pool. Overall the trip was very relaxing and we look forward to coming back!!

We booked this condo through Young's Suncoast and we will continue to do business with them, they take care of everything for you, makes for an enjoyable experience when you arrive and your condo is available and ready for your arrival. We checked out before the office was open, not a problem just dropped our keys in a box. Just my husband and I on this vacation to gs Surf & Racquet #515a and we were there over the 4th of July week. Unit 515"A" means this condo is on the 5th floor (yes, they have elevators) and directly located on the front of the complex, it faces the beach providing great ocean views, no high rises across from this condo and private beach access means the view won't be obstructed when you visit either. Gulf Shores puts on a really neat fireworks display and you can see them perfectly from the gs Surf & Racquet beach, just bring a radio so you can tune into the music that syncs with the fireworks display. Best thing about this beach, you can bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, tents etc. You do however have to walk across a two lane street to access the beach but it was never a problem crossing due to traffic however we were mooned waiting to cross once, lol. (Yes, in Gulf Shores of all places!) There are community grills behind the pool and we made some friends, even used someone else's charcoal. Real friendly, community feel with the guest that stay at gs Surf & Racquet, very friendly. The unit itself was perfect for my husband and I. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat with and cook with. The bathroom too, all linens provided. This unit also has a washer/dryer which makes for lighter packing. ***My only travel tip, if it's raining be very careful on the main stairs to the condo, they are painted and very slippery when wet, no signage to indicate this and I took a serious slip on my last day.***Overall, great experience and would stay again!

The unit needs updating and a good cleaning. We had toilet issues our whole stay. We had issues with people shooting fireworks and tried to contact the front desk/security and was told that there was no security so just call the cops. The walk across to the beach was fine--it is not that far or inconvenient. The pool area is the nicest feature of the property. The kid pool was very nice for my little one! I doubt I will ever stay here again...too much money to be so far away from all the restaurants and as dated as the unit is.

We visit Gulf Shores at least once a year. This was our second year using Suncoast Realities. Their staff has been extremely patient and understanding- we plan to continue to use this reality company. This year we made our reservation in February for a trip we were taking in august. We had to adjust our stay with them several times- the start of school, the "oil spill" and the financial concerns. Each time we call to request a change or an update the staff was extremely helpful and very professional... Are there Suncoast Reality Companies in Gatlinburg? Orlando-Kissimmee?

Even though we only live 10 miles from Gulf Shores, we never get time to
enjoy it so we have learned to treat it like a vacation, contact Young's
Suncoast, and go. We saved on gas and gave me more time to fish!
My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful 4 days this year. We visited last
year for Christmas with other family members and wanted to comeback.
The weather started off with high winds the first afternoon (which gave us
time to get settled in) then it was wonderful the rest of our visit. My
daughter loved the pool and hot tub, but I love to fish. I fished on the piers
on the lagoon side then went to the gulf side and fished more in the surf,
as my daughter took her stroll down the beautiful white sandy beach.
I caught 27 fish in one day. I cleaned them at the pier cleaning station and
we have fish for dinner that nite and took fish home.
As last time the condo had everything we needed. The service by was
GREAT! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
