The condo was great and we very much enjoyed our stay. The only real problem was that the cookware was unusable. We had to buy pots and pans in order to cook, we also had to wash all of the dishes before we could use them. If the cookware is replaced with good cookware (not the cheapest available or something from a thrift store) we would happily recommend this condo to pour family and friends. We will happily recommend Young's Suncoast and will use you in the future.

We received great service. The rental was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Didn't get a chance to use the indoor pool because the weather was great!We loved walking out of the hotel and onto the beach everyday. Perfect location. Lots of shops within walking distance. Had a little trouble with the wifi, but they were quick to send someone over and help us out. I would definitely stay here again!

Our dealings with Young were very quick and easy. very polite employees. Our unit was bright, colorful, and met all our expectations. The master bedroom is very large and comfortable. The indoor pool is a must, also the hot tub. The best thing was the fact that it was literally on the beach, no walking to get there, step out the condo door and you are on the beach, and lovely views in all directions from your private balcony. The thing I like the least is the living room furniture. It was old, and sitting on the couch, you sink, and to older people, makes it difficult to get up. Also ours had wicker furniture that had recently been painted, and wicker doesn't dry! Was still sticky after 2 months.

Our only complaint is... the dresser draws were coming apart and some of the kitchen pot, pans etc need to be replaced.

Biggest issue--the trash chute for the 12 story facility passes right outside the master bedroom, so as people are dumping their trash as early as 0600 and as late as midnight, you hear the bottles banging on the metal LOUD AND CLEAR as they make the drop...not something I could sleep through.
Other issues: ants, some drainage issues in kitchen sink, sliding glass door does not lock and does not have an alternate security method (i.e. broom handle), kitchen minimally stocked, needs a gooooood cleaning.
On the plus side: great view, good beach access, good amenities on the property.

We rented a 2bdrm at Royal Palms for my daughters wedding, and we arrived just in time to attend our meetings with venders who were working with the wedding, as we did for 2 days. I did not have time to call YoungsSunCoast, but did so a day after the next day, and told them how dirty, filthy the place was, and all they could say was why didn't you call earlier and I kept telling them we drove over 500 miles and had to appts set up for the wedding - we were so rushed. They just snickered and absolutely did nothing. We had all kinds of problems with 50 family members coming into town, the reception, you name it, and SunCoast was NOT nice, they never did one thing to compensate for such a filty place. No cook ware, microwave didn't work, what dishes were they were dirty, carpets turned your feet black and suspiscious stains, floors horrible. I wouldn't let a dog stay there, and I will never rent from SunCoast again! They tried to blame it on the owner. I own townhomes in GS - and I had to get things out of mine - where family were staying just to cook breakfast! Horrible price for such a horrible place - horrible people at SunCoast!!!!! Don't rent from them whatever you do, as they don't care as long as they get their money!
