Blood and other nasty stains on the mattress cover; I even stripped it and washed it; Then we saw another blood stain on the pull-out couch mattress cover; Really felt that this was a severe health issue and that we should not have to worry about. Trash can pedal was broken and slid up under can to look like it was operable; Ice maker leaked into bottom of the freezer; Just began to feel as though the price definitely was not warranted to the place we were staying.

Perfect location on the beach...liked that it was not crowded but within walking distance of the Hangout and other attractions...the room was beautiful and roomy...had everything that we needed.

This was the first time we had stayed at a Suncoast property. It was very nice and we enjoyed our week. The one recommendation I have is to put blinds on the sliding doors in the den. We had to devise a window covering for the guest on the fold out couch.

We had a very nice stay in 606. I would highly recommend it. Only my husband and I stayed this weekend but with an extra bedroom, with its own full bathroom, and a very comfy couch you could sleep 4 more people easy. It was very clean, had a large dinning table, a breakfast counter you could sit at, and a very nice kitchen.
One thing I would have liked to have known before I went...would have saved me $10.00, is that you will have to bring your own eithernet cable for the internet if you want that. A piece of paper lets you know this when you arrive but I could have brought my own if I had known in advance. I may have missed reading this somewhere but I don't think so.
The views from the balcony were just beautiful, we could see sunset and sunrise. We watched the rain come in off of the ocean several times as it rained almost the whole time we were there, but such a nice room it didn't matter.
Its very close to several nice restaurants and beach shops. Walmart is not too far away if you need that also.
Easy access to the beach from the pool.
I really don't have anything bad to say about this place, it was clean and centrally located to almost anything you would need. It was a very nice stay for us. If we come back we would ask for this room in the future. -

It was a nice condo. We usually stay in Destin, but decided stay here with friends. The elevators drove us crazy because they were so slow, but we were used to staying on the bottom floor of a gulf front in destin where we walked right out onto the beach.We weren;t as impressed with restaurants in G. Shores as Destin either, but we might possibly come back sometime.

Visiting the Gulf Shores of Alabama was a first time experience. The Crystal Shores West was located centrally from everywhere we wanted to access. We stayed in room 606. There was a great view of the ocean from the private balcony. The rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and available to assist with our selection of activities to engage in. You must Parking was great (don't forget to put your parking pass in the window of your vehicle)! Crystal Shoree West will be our condo of choice when we visit Gulf shores again!!! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Crystal Shores West #606 was our vacation home for the second year in a row. It is an excellent home and we enjoyed our stay. The only descrepancy was that a new washer/dryer is advertised online, but the space for the washer/dryer is locked. We do not really know if there is a washer/dryer for use, but we were not doing laundry on our visit. We would still consider staying here again as we loved the home and overall location.

We had a great experience with Chrystal Shores West. Our condo was very nice. We truly enjoyed the beach, pool, and exercise facility. My son had such a good time that he wants to return there next year. We all were very comfortable there. I do recommend this condo for vacation.

I have stayed at Crystal Shores West a couple of times and had good vacations each visit. This unit is beautifully decoratd and well maintained. I plan to reQuest it again in the future.
I especially like parking my car in the covered deck so it stays cool in the hot weather.
Convenient location is nice too.
Gulf Shores is the BEST BEACH
anywhere and this is a good place to call home while you are there to visit! -

We have stayed at this property since new, and room 606 found our calling the first trip. We moved our Vacation to get this roomin 08. Great decor, not standard beach room. We'll be back!
