This condo was definitely not what I expected... It was Sooo much better!!! I was in complete shock and I cried as I walked in the door to see such a wonderful, clean, elegant, remarkable condo with a magnificent view of the beautiful Gulf!! We enjoyed our stay so much, I didn't want to leave! This is by far the best place we have ever been to and we will definitely be coming back again soon!! I would highly recommend The Lighthouse to anyone looking for a condo to rent for their vacationing experience!! Thank you "Young's" so much for providing such a remarkable environment with the amenities galore and these are precious memories that we'll cherish forever!!! I am looking forward to spending my next wedding anniversary there again next year!! :)))

The condo was very clean and well kept. the location was great. The only negative was that we had to pay over 60 dollars for the beach chairs which was quite an added expense after paying a large ammt for rent.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse so much we will be coming back in Nov. The unit was so nice, computer was awesome and very helpful and the view was amazing. We had the best vacation ever.

We arrived at 11:30 p.m.. Room #307 had dirty dishes in the sink, master bedroom bed was not made and dirty towels on the bathroom floor. Was not pleased with the home. We were transferred to Room #304 at midnight. Room # 304 was clean but could use a TV in the 3rd bedroom and little more color on the walls.
We enjoy the location because we stay there a couple of times a year and this was the first time we were ever disappointed with a room.
We are coming back for Labor Day so I hope that this will not happen again. We enjoy these condo's location, pools, spas and especially the indoor pool when the weather is not sunny.Response from Young's Suncoast Vacation Rentals - 05/15/2010

My family loves the Lighthouse. We've been going there for three years straight. Every condo that we've stayed in has been very nice, it's all newly renovated. We have small kids and the zero entry pool is the best for them. The Lighthouse is very well kept and we will be going back in the near future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse. We rented to different condos. One was a 3 bedroom and the other was a 2 bedroom. Both were great and the view of the Gulf was awesome. Would definitely recommend to others and plan on coming back.

The property was beautiful, spacious and exceptionally clean with a gorgeous gulf view. Employees were especially helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay at this rental again and again.

IT WAS GREAT HAVING SECURITY PRESENT,COVERED PARKING;HOUSEKEEPING COULD HAVE BEEN TIDIER,FOUND MANY DUST BUNNIES(FOR AS LONG AS WE HAD TO WAIT FOR THE ROOM TO BE "CLEANED".POOL/HOT TUB AREA NEEDS TO STAY OPEN AT LEAST UNTIK MIDNIGHT.

We vacation to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach at least once a year for the past 6 years. This condo is by far the nicest one we've stayed in so far. The pictures don't lie. The master bedroom has it's own private entrance to the balcony, which is wonderful!! Same floor parking is great too, especially if you have small children like we do. The facilities are very well kept and the swimming pools are the highlight of the condo. They have their own zero entry kiddie pool which is not very deep and you really don't need floats for the kiddies.
Overall, I would highly recommend this unit!!
