This condo was overpriced for what you get. The furnishings were on the scrimpy side. After driving for 12 hours we had to call housekeeping to have the unit cleaned again. The beach was crowded and it was inconvenient to get to.

This was our first experience dealing with Young's. We did not experience any problems at all and the condo we rented was fantastic. It was very clean and comfortable and overlooked the beach. I will not hestitate using Young's again.

The condo is located on the beach in the heart of Gulf Shores and is very close to restaurants and grocery stores. This unit is very clean and well maintained, and very comfortably furnished. A great unit for families...one king sized bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the other bedroom. The kitchen was spotless and equipped with everything you need for fresh seafood dinners. Nicely decorated and plenty of places for everyone to relax after a full day at the beach. There were lots of other families and it was quiet at night. Lots of families on the beach after dark looking for sand crabs and shells.
My only minor complaint about the condo is the size and placement of the pool. It's not very big, and can get crowded. It has a zero entry side which is great for small kids, but not big enough for many kids and adults to use it, and definitely not big enough to swim laps. Also, its placed beside the condo, so there's only a short period of time during the middle of the day when it gets full sun.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this condo and would stay there again. -

WE WERE TRANSFERRED FROM THE LIGHTHOUSE BECAUSE HOUSEKEEPING DECIDED TO SHAMPOO CARPETS ON OUR ARRIVIAL DATE WE WERE VERY UPSET BECAUSE WE WERE LOOKING FORWARD TO STAYING AT THE LIGHTHOUSE LIKE WE HAD DONE THE YEAR BEFORE BUT ONCE WE WALKED INTO THIS PROPERTY IT WAS BREATH TAKING BETTER THAN WE COULD EVER DESCRIBE.THE SMELL OF CLEAN FRESH AIR AND THE DECOR WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD AND MY FAMILY WILL STAY AT THIS PROPERTY IN THE FUTURE. SO A BAD SITUATION TURNED OUT TO BE SOMETHING POSITIVE AND WE CANNOT WAIT AND COME BACK.
