Our stay was okay we were not told where to pick the key up so we went to the Condo and were unable to get in we thought the office was at the location so we called and drove about 10 miles round trip for the key. On checkout day we were to be out by 10:00 a.m. and at 8:30 a.m. the next occupants opened the door with their key and were coming in we hurried and got the rest of our things and left early so they checked into a condo that had not been cleaned.

Was told first two nights by security pool lights didn't work last night they were turned on after comPlaint. Security guard kicked my kids out of pool at 9:00 when pool didn't close until 11:00. Bed and pillows horribly uncomfortable. Pots and pans very cheap hard to cook or clean. Tv in bedroom broken , tv in living outdated. Disspointed in christy Bates left several messages for her with no response!!!

We experienced a very relaxing and enjoyable 4-day stay at Seacrest Condo in Gulf Shores during Spring Break week. The condo was very well furnished and was very attractive in its decor. All-in-all, it was a very pleasant time spent with a significant person in my life. We spent time relaxing on the balcony, gazing at the beach, walking on the beach and enjoying the excellent food of Gulf Shores.

Had a little inconvenience..1st room an electrical fire had to move after 2 days, but ended up ok. This room was not as nice as the first one but we stayed 7 nights. Youngs is a wonderful Rental agency

As in the past we enjoyed our visit again this year, but sure would have liked to have had more agreeable, warmer weather! I fully realize you can't do anything about that part. The condo was fine except we had to place a couple bed pillows under the couch cushions to give them extra support. We were a little disappointed with the side chair that sat beside the couch, not too comfortable. The locking mechanism for the sliding door needs repair. However, it wouldn't keep us from coming back. We have mostly dealt with Young's Rentals over the years and have stayed in a variety of Seacrest units. We are treated very well by your staff. Hope to see you again next winter.

I have used Young's SunCoast Rentals in Gulf Shores for atleast 10 years now, I have stayed at Clearwater and The SeaCrest. Always enjoyed the comfort of a well equiped condo that was clean and right on the beach. It it awesome and the cost is so reasonable. For a trip to a beach not to far from home, you can not beat it! Peaceful and safe. Clean beaches too.

I was really disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. We arrived on Thursday afternoon and by the evening, the bathroom smelled like urine. It was as if the bathroom was just wiped down, not disinfected. The blue rug in the living room was filty. My children's feet were literally black from walking on it barefoot. The comforters were also visibly dirty. The sofa was so nasty, that I placed a sheet over it just to sit and lay on it.
I suggest investing some money into the furniture/rug and hiring a new cleaning service. We will give Young's Suncoast Vacation Rentals another try next year, but if we encounter the same problem, we will not be using them again. -

After getting keys I asked if we could park anywhere on property and was told yes. Then about 10 pm a gaurd came and said some lady was going to have my vehicle towed I was in her park. If she owns a condo there she should be nicer. I will not recommend anyone staying at Seacrest due to her being rude. There were 3 cars including mine in the parking spaces so it wasn't like she couldn't find a park and if I had refused to move my vehicle I could understand her threatening to have my vehicle towed. So after driving all day I did not appreciate the lady being so rude. We needed towels, I had to wash the ones we used because I had no idea where to find clean ones. I feel the condo could have been cleaner baseboard were dirty, there was stuff under sofa. Other than the above the trip was great. This was the first time my family visited Gulf Shores, we usually go to Destin or Pensacola and probably will not return to Gulf Shores.

We enjoyed a week at the Seacrest in Gulf Shores. It was great, we enjoyed the the smaller complex. The complex is not so large that the elevators are crowded, I don't remember having to wait any. The beach is just a hop and skip, no long board walk. Our room was neat also, a little smaller than we ususally get, but cute decor. With 2 kids (6 & 10) we have gotten a 2 br in the past, but they enjoyed the bunk beds and had a choice of the hideabed. We couldn't beat the special and would definately return for such a great deal.
The pool was nice, nothing extravigant but clean. The hot tub wasn't very bubbly, but no one seemed to mind. The comlex is also in a convenient location, not far from stores,restuarants,etc., but it was still a quiet area, the 8 nights we were there anyway. -

The condo was very clean. This was our first time to stay in a condo and it was wonderful. You are right on the beach and the balcony was wonderful you had plenty of room to go out there and relax. The whole trip was great - I will be staying here again!!!
