We always enjoy staying at Crystal Shores West. The location and the building are in very good condition and the staff is very friendly and personalable. Our particular unit, 1105, was not cleaned real well however, the overall condition was great.

This was a nice condo with a great view. It was comfortable and in a very good location. The fridge made an irrating noise and the wind coming through the exterior door in the master bedroom was very loud. Other than that, it was a nice unit.

We were able to look at pictures ahead of time but our stay was better than the pictures. Beds were extremely comfortable and our family had a great time.

Hard to leave this well maintained, comfortable beach front condo, with gulf views and the beach at your feet. I liked the covered parking and washer and dryer in the unit. Everything is in short driving distance, dolphin cruises, alligator alley, shops, grocery stores, outlet mall, antique stores and restaurants. Two small problems we had were dealt with immediately. Great family location. oh and the price for this time of year was great we were able to stay a month. Can't wait to return.

Great location - check in and check out was really easy. Aparantly, washing machine was not working - but was replaced within 12 hours! Condo in good condition - carpet could be changed. I think tile works much better at a vacation spot!! Would definitely reccommend this condo to anyone. Restaurant within walking distance - 1 mile - Loved the stay!

We had a great time. The room was really nice and clean. Plenty of room for 4 adults. The view was spectacular. The only problem we had was the wash machine quit working half way through the week. Was not really satisfied about how that turned out. Besides that it was a great place.
