We are situated on a narrow sliver of land with Gulf in front and 8-mile long Little Lagoon behind us. We are 2.5 miles from the Hwy 59 "T", just before the bridge at the pass connecting Little Lagoon to Gulf. Just out of the fray of traffic, yet 3 minutes back to all the action, restaurants and activities. No fighting for space on the beach when you stay with us! Appx 25 restaurants within a 5-minute drive, plus a super Wal-mart!

MINIMUM AGE 23, maximum of 5 adults in condo (no adults on top bunk) - maximum of 6 total guests but I will consider a seventh person depending on child's age and sleeping arrangements.
1) In April, early May, late Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov Dec - at my discretion I may offer WEEKNIGHT ONLY lower prices so if you have the flexibility to stay Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed nights you may receive lower price depending on demand. This doesn't apply during summer or high-demand seasons, sorry.
2) we normally have a 3-nt minimum but I will waive that if it's last-minute (same week) or if there has been no demand
3) TOTAL RATE CALCULATION:

A) add $90 cleaning

We visited the first week of March and the weather was mostly in the 60s. My husband and I brought our 2 small boys and we absolutely loved this beautiful condo. All of the little extras and attention to detail made our week so easy and fun. The windows overlooking the ocean are incredible. Next time we may wait a few weeks later so the sun will be out but we still had a great week! Dana was super accomadating and helpful in every way. You won't be disappointed!

Dana was wonderful to work with! She went above and beyond to answer our questions about entertainment and gave us local ideas of where to eat and what to do.
This Condo is amazing! Clean, comfortable and decorated perfect...to match the view that was amazing! We have never stayed in a place that had this gorgeous of a view! Whether inside the condo or out on the 30 foot patio-all you can see is Gulf shoreline. We can't wait to return next year and rent the same place. Our 4 children had ample room to play and sleep. We cooked almost every day and the kitchen has everything it needs for basic meals.

This entire experience was wonderful. Dana was very warm, friendly, and provided great service. It was a pleasure dealing with her. It was also a pleasure enjoying the warm and welcoming condo. The colors were perfect for the beach, and the condo was spacious and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. It had all of the modern comforts and conveniences of home. Although the condo wasn't directly on the beach, you felt as if you were, and the views were absolutely amazing. Whether you are sitting on the balcony enjoying the breeze or enjoying the view from inside with the entire wall of windows, you are sure to be in for a treat. There was a wonderful time had by all, and we hated to leave. We'd love to visit again.

Thanks for making our last minute trip so easy. We really enjoyed the condo. It was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. We couldn't believe we stumbled upon the Shrimp Festival. Everything about the condo was top notch. Check in was very easy and your instructions left nothing to worry about. We will definitely be back.

We stayed for one week and loved every room in this condo. I was so comfortable I fell asleep every night in the soft leather couch and it was really quiet no noises. The view of the beach is great and it is a short walk from the condo across the street. I loved the flat screen tvs. It is a true island condo with the colors and decor. I even got some ideas for my home when we came back. We even brought our boat with us our first time traveling with it. Some places will not let you bring a boat and park it in there parking lot. Dana even referred us to Romar Marina to dry store our boat for the week and had places listed to eat, and activities to do. Everyone was so helpful and generous. Thanks Dana for all your help in planning our week of relaxation.

We have stayed in Dana's condos three times now, most recently in Sanibel 1203 for the first time. Our experience was wonderful...as usual. The condo is beautiful, very comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. It would easily accommodate a family of six without anyone sleeping on a couch. The view from the balcony is amazing and the walk to the beach is quick and easy. There's plenty of information in the condo with recommendations of what to do and where to eat in the Gulf Shores area. The condo's in a great location...close enough to everything, but far enough away to be quiet and enjoyable. Dana is very easy to reach, and we got a quick response to any request. I definitely recommend staying here when you're in Gulf Shores. I predict if you stay once, you'll be back.

I must say I am a very detailed person and absolutely love knowing about places I have never been to. The owner, Dana, did all of this for me and my family. The pictures do not do condo and view justice. Not only is condo beautiful, it is spacious and has a well stocked kitchen. Upon sending the last payment in, I received a very detailed email about things to do, places to eat and kind of food, detailed descriptions of directions and layout. Our family has already booked our return trip to same condo next summer. Only complaint...we couldn't stay longer. Don't miss out and book this condo!!!

The best vacation is one where you leave saying "I am going back!" Not only are we going back, but we would live in this condo year round if we could. My husband and I took our 2 year old son there last month and all three of us had an amazing time. Everything about this vacation exceeded our expectations, from the first phone call with Dana to the speedy refund of our security deposit and everything in between. The condo is absolutely beautiful, but very comfortable at the same time. My husband and I had the luxury that we crave and our son felt at home, too. The views are really extraordinary and we found that we lived a lot on the spacious balcony. The walk to the beach was a breeze, the pool area was nice, and the condo was perfectly clean and provided everything we needed. This is an incredible condo and definitely lives up to the glowing reviews!

This is a beautiful condo with great ocean views from the wall of glass. The building is right across the street from the beach and a very easy walk to the public beach access point. We purposely tried to avoid the spring break crush and the building and area were pretty quiet even in mid-April. The condo is very nicely equipped with kitchen supplies and linens. Grocery stores, shopping and restaurants are only minutes away. Communication with Dana (owner) prior to arrival was great. The deposit and booking process was quick and simple and she promptly responded to emails. Could not ask for a better experience!

This was a larger 2 bedroom condo that actually fit two families. The location was ideal since we felt like we had a lot of swimming options for the kids---the ocean, the lagoon, and the pool. The weather was in the upper 70s and we didn't see rain the entire week. Dana was excellent to work with and I highly recommend her.

This gorgeous condo has a great view of the Gulf. I was especially impressed the 30ft floor to ceiling glass wall. The balcony was roomy with plently of chairs. The view directly down from the balcony is the pool. When we arrived - check in was so easy and when we open the door the condo looked like a little piece of heaven. The location of the condo is very accessible to the water and amusement parks. The area also has some great restruants. What I really liked best wast the ease of the transaction in booking the condo. The owner provided us with great information eating places and activites even suggesting which ones were the best. There is absolutely nothing that I didn' like about it. I would highly recommend this getaway to anyone - there is no way not to enjoy it - no matter what it is you like to do!

The condo unit and surrounding area was exactly as shown in Dana's pictures on her website, no surprises! We loved the location, short walk to the beach; much less traffic, when compared to the area near "The T"; wonderful view of the beach(including the sunrises and sunsets). Enjoyed the balcony, offers protection from the wind, good for working on the tan. Gulf Shores is an
easy community to drive in, and everything is so accessible. On Dana's advice we visited Fairhope, a beautiful town; well worth a tour.
Dana was quick to respond to our emails, and her information kit sent before our arrival in Gulf Shores was very thorough.
Phone, internet, and television services were disrupted
a number of times during our one month stay. Weather wasn't a factor. Some kitchen items are starting to show their wear. Additional wine glasses would be nice.
This was a very comfortable residence. We were delighted to have the opportunity to spend a month in this Sanibel condominium. -

We truly enjoyed our short vacation in your beautiful condo! Everything was just as you said it would be...awesome views, large rooms, comfortable beds. The weather wasn't the best, but we didn't care. We were here for a relaxing weekend with some family! Bonding time with a one year old and a two month old! (they didn't know if the sun was out or not!) The only problem we had...it was the weekend when the time changed and we lost an hour of our vacation!!! Maybe we will do better next time we schedule a trip!

Dana is so easy to work with. She always answers her emails quickly and makes your stay extra special ... we had fresh cut flowers when we arrived... an added treat. The condo is everything and more in regards to the pictures. It is so clean and everything you could want is right at your fingertips... just like it is at home. When you walk in and all you can see is water everywhere... well it is breathtaking...love the large windows...could sit on the balcony all day long just listening to the ocean... so relaxing. The walk to the beach is very short and she provides a cooler and a cart. Just loved it!!

During November I had the luxury of staying at the Condo twice a couple of weeks apart! If I didn't enjoy the location, quality and experience I wouldn't have rebooked the Condo for later in the month!
The accommodations are superb and everything needed is at your fingertips. Dana and her hospitality are greatly appreciated. The first trip was a short break away from work with a friend and her son. The second trip a couple of weeks later was an anniversary trip with my husband. Both vacations left me refreshed and energized while actually not wanting to leave! With my husband we experienced car trouble on our drive down to Gulf Shores. When learning the information Dana had us a very nice surprise waiting at the Condo upon arrival. It was a much needed surprise! Thank you again to Dana! -

Dana is amazing and so easy to work with. The reservation is quick, easy and she is so accessable for any questions. The condo is spacious and comfortable. Huge couches, Huge TV, amazing view & so relaxing. It has all the amenities of home and more! West Beach is so quiet and is really convenient(5 min or less) to all the great dining and attractions. Sitting on the balcony to watch the sunrise and sunset is my absolute favorite thing to do here.
I will never stay anywhere else in the Gulf Shores / Orange Beach area. Yeah, it's that good. -

Dana's condo is beautiful, clean, and provided all the ammenities of home. The view of the bay and the gulf was beautiful with a large balcony that could accommodate several people. I recently stayed here with my husband, our toddler and my parents and we had an amazing time!!! The condo was more spacious than we had imagined - plently of room for everyone! We called Dana our way down because we were going to arrive earlier than expected and she was kind enough to call housekeeping to come early - talk about great service!!! Dana was so sweet - she even provided our little guy with a little beach present when we arrived. We will absolutely stay here again!

When you check into this condo, there is nothing that you need. Every last detail has been attended to. The condo and facilities are immaculate. Dana was very helpful and resourceful. She made sure to let me know all the wonderful things to see and do while at her Condo. While there, the minor things we encountered she resolved in 24 hours. Her condo was clean and had everything we needed. all the appliances were in great working condition. 3 TVS are a great plus with family traveling with children. The view is Fantastic!!! and her condo could not be in a better place: only 5 to 10 minutes to most everything. I loved it, so did my kids and husband!!! Nobody wanted to come home and we are actually thinking of moving to Gulfshores. We are for sure using her condo again and Dana will be my go to Gal when I need another condo down in Gulfshores. Thank you. :)

The condo was perfect for a weekend trip to Gulf Shores with some college buddies. The big TV and couches were perfect for laying around and watching football, and we made the short walk to the beach to play some sand volleyball and just relax. Everything was clean and comfortable and roomy even for 6 guys.

12th floor accomodations had a great view of the gulf. We stood on the balcony (glass windows) amazed at the unobstructed beautiful beach and views of the gulf waters. The newer condo was very nice with all of the conveniences you would need. The furnishings and decorations were tastefully done. The trade area was not busy at this time of the year, so shopping and eating choices were limited but enough. I would certainly recommend the condo for its views of the gulf and location.

The condo is beautiful, comfortable and above all, clean. The view of the ocean from the balcony was breathtaking. The walk to the beach is short, even when carrying chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. There are several great restaurants close and we were lucky to have been there for the Shrimp Festival...more good food! Dana was so easy to work with and made the reservation process easy. I will recommend this condo to friends and family.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Dana's lovely condo. It was very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, the view was lovely, check- in was easy and convenient. Dana even called to make sure everything was OK. There were helpful hints about restaurants and things to do in the area. Everything was perfect. We wanted to stay longer and do hope to return sometime in the future.

it was really nice and it was very cleanhen we checked in the only thing like the balcony..yes the chais were crackedbut not too awfully bad ...but i have a bum knee from surgery so i could not sit in the chais for they were too low maybe a chair somewhat higher for someone having problems gettin up ..but it didn't stop me from enjoying the beautiful view.

This condo could not have been any better. Condo is up to date, flat screen TV in every room, new king size bed in master bedroom very comfortable, 12th floor balcony overlooked the gulf just a stunning view, I can not say enough good things regarding this condo, it is just beautiful!! And Dana could not have any nicer. We swill certainly stay here again and again and again!!! Btw we became engaged on this trip and just had the time of our lives. My fiancee and I will never forget the great time we had at Dana's condo on the beach!

We really could not have been more pleased w/ the condo & Dana's personal attention to details. We love the "quiet" side of the beach. Everyone went to slow down & enjoy the last bit of summer before Holidays, fall semester, etc.
The layout of the condo fit our group perfectly & we will be going back next year. I highly recommend Bahama Bob's for one of the best burgers you will ever get in your life. I just love local joints! Also, don't forget to stop in Loxley on your way to the condo at Burris Farmer's market for fresh produce, unbelievable salsas and baked goods. -

This was the most relaxing vacation we have had in a long time and we started to feel that way the moment we walked through the door. The condo was immaculate and tastefully decorated with soothing colors and high end features. The furniture arrangement in the living room was perfect for enjoying family conversations, watching the flat panel TV's or taking advantage of the wi-fi. There is only one word to describe the expansive views from the floor to ceiling windows that stretch accross the entire room- gorgeous! The spacious balcony was a prefect spot to start the day with a cup of coffee and a litle wave watching. The gift basket was thoughtful and put the crowning touch on the excellent customer service Dana provides. We can't wait to stay here again!

This condo is officially my home away from home while vacationing in Gulf Shores, AL. There's every amenity you can possibly think of, then more. The most impressive thing is the 30 foot wall of glass that you can take in the breathtaking view of the gulf from. The decorum is beautiful and tastefully designed throughout. The gift basket upon arrival was a wonderful and thoughtful touch by the owner Dana. She is very accessible and knowledgeable about the area as well! Planning on a 3-peat very soon!

I just spent four days in Dana Flynn's gorgeous condo in Gulf Shores. From the moment you step in the door, you are immediately met with a full, uninterrupted view of the water. That sets a tone that is then repeated and reflected throughout the entire condo.
Dana has put care and thought into every bit of decor and the result goes way beyond a "beach theme". It is beautiful and soothing and beautifully put together, while being comfortable and welcoming as well.
The view is mesmerizing and keeps you from feeling like you're missing out on the beach whenever you decide to stay in. The wall of windows is a touch that I have never seen in a beach condo and it makes all the difference. The constant sound of the surf was fantastic.
Dana has thought of everything... the kitchen and baths are fully equipped. Everything beautifully appointed. I grew up in New Orleans and went to LSU so I've been to the beach many times but never have I stayed in such a lovely, nurturing "home" as this. Thank you Dana, for all your obvious efforts to make this an ideal vacation location! -

I have stayed in this condo twice in the past year, and words and photos just cannot describe the views, the luxury decor, the spaciousness, and the customer service while staying in this condo. We saw photos before staying there, but you just can't capture the wall of glass that gives you panoramic views of the Gulf - it's simply incredible! We normally like to stay right on the beach but were attracted to this condo by the furnishings and size, and it's the best vacation decision we have ever made. I can't imagine a single reason to go elsewhere if we are headed to the beach. I was just as content to sit on the balcony as I was the beach, such a great place to plant yourself and watch pelicans, dolphins, and boats go by. The wi-fi internet was fast, the TV's were all flat-panels, nice stereo, nice mattresses and bedding. The owner was fast to answer questions, provided local info, and was gracious in even sharing her fishings tips!. This is a newer building with views in every directions. You just can't go wrong!
