Everything was good, but the fold out couch. It was not usable ! We had six people and had really planned on it as a big part of our sleeping arrangement. Sorry, but I have to be honest.

The updated kitchen and guest bath were very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall a very nice condo. We have been coming to the Sandpiper for over fifteen years and always enjoy our time there.

King size bed mattress needs replaced, Property maintenance should check to make sure the furnace and air conditioner work, the furnace didn't work for 2 days and was very cold. Mold needs to be taken care of in the bathroom on the tub from the master bedroom, But overall, I would come back. These are very simple issues that can be taken care of in a short amount of time.

We couldn't of asked for more. This place was amazing. The only problem was the furnace, We needed heat the first 2 nights, since it was a week-end, we didn't think we should call but we know now we should have. Everyone that was living there was very nice. This was so convenient and very comfortable. It had everything you need. We will be back. We loved this place.

First time to Gulf Shores and our experience was awesome! Condo was in an excellent location right on the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. Condo set up was excellent for families to stay connected while staying in other units. I would have to say that this was the best condo in regards to upkeep & comfortableness. Decorated very up to date in all parts of the condo. Kitchen looks like it was just updated with new cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Also, carpet looks brand new! Beds were comfy. Liked that there was a king size bed and two doubles in the second room. Another plus was that you could see the pool from almost all of the rooms so you could just walk out and see how your kids or friends were doing. The only thing I would recommend is for there to be an assigned covered parking spot for each unit. We typically got one, but not always. Definitely would request this unit again!

overall good, but one group took over the out-door cooking area every night. too much alcohol outside on decks and in pool area and even in pool. our children do not need to see this.

Overall I would recommend this property. Everything was in working order. Air conditioner worked great! The cleaning service should leave the ice maker urned on for the arriving guests.The furniture in the living room needs to be updated to higher quality. The sofa sinks in way too far when you sit on it and so does the matching chair. The pull out bed is absolutely terrible, but I' ve never slepton one hat wasn't. Might want to pick a different color that doesn't show as many stains, that was kind of gross.

Love the sandpiper but need a new cleaning crew to clean the condos. I give the property a 5 and I give the condo unit clean a 1. Sorry but a group of us has complained about this in the past.

Convenient location. Nice pool. Beach was great. The condo was nicely decorated and had good sized bathrooms. The only down side was the pull out couch was not comfortable and the mattresses on the two double beds were a little on the firm side.

The Sandpiper is great! Condo 11A, however, is in really bad condition. The beds have been unsleepable for 3 years, even after multiple complaints. There was not adequate silverware, cooking utensils, and pans. We have to bring our own 9x13 pans because there are never any there. There were no wooden spoons. There were no big pans. The dryer was so noisy that it could not be running when people were sleeping. The rug is extremely stained. The door would not shut properly. The Sandpiper is a great place to stay. I would never recommend 11A to anyone, though.
