I would recommend a couple of things-When someone books a stay - give them all the item that they will need to have with them. We had never been to the beach and wished we had chairs, umbrella & flashlights. One thing that would have been nice to have in the condo is plastic glasses to take to the beach. Everything else was wonderful. We will come back.

There was water standing in the hall bathroom sink when we arrived. The broken piece was under the sink, and my son-in-law repaired it. The balcony smelled strongly of cigarettes due to an ash tray on the table that had not been washed. Overall, it was a great location, and we enjoyed our stay.

The unit was in good condition but could use some updating. There was no Wi-Fi Internet available and the front door of the unit definitely needs a dead bolt door lock. I felt very vulnerable with only have a handle lock. The hall bath tub drain was broken and would not drain water, but the Realty company promptly sent a plumber to fix the problem. Parking was very tight and the beds were VERY firm. The only other negative issue was the large amount of seaweed on the beach. It had accumulated before we arrived and stayed there all week and began to smell. No one seemed to know who was responsible for cleaning it up. Despite these issues, we had a great time and thought Bender did a fantastic job with customer service.

This is the second year in a row I have rented a condo from Bender Realty, and can honestly say they have the most courteous staff I have ever encountered. The condo has everything you could ask for, including modern appliances and a great view from the back room/balcony. A great experience once again in Gulf Shores.

The condo was beatiful. The view from the balcony was incredible! Everyone was so helpful. Looking forward to coming back. The only thing my husband didn't like was the location of the grills. But we had a great time and I'd highly recommend!

Needs new dishwasher and the decor is a little too pastel for our taste, but we spent most of our time outdoors anyway. Great vacation and we'll rent from Bender again. You guys are so friendly!!

Normally stay in Orange Beach, but Gulf Tower was a great choice other than..the parking issue. JUST NOT ENOUGH parking. 6people and all of our luggage, a VERY tight squeeze.

great,great, great! we have never stayed in a condo that was above the 6th floor. this 10 floor condo was wonderful. we felt as if we were above the beach and the view was great. condo was large and roomy and the decor was so beachy and delightful.

There was only parking for one vehicle, and the "Barny Fives" over seeing the parking was very rude to us. We also did not like that the master bed room did not even have a TV in it.
