There aren't enough adjectives to describe our relaxing stay! The condo, pool, beach were wonderful. The other guests and owners were friendly. We had no worries which left us with nothing but time for relaxing@

A great place to get away and relax. Wonderfull beach and condo. A family favorite. Great pool and rooms. Alot of things to see and do at Gulf Shores. Will be back next year.

I have stayed at Sandpiper several times with my family and loved it. This was the first time in 2B and a first Mommy Only Retreat. Enjoyed it more than ever!! Location is so close to the beach and no crowds! It was terrific!

We really enjoyed the stay at Sandpiper. The area was very family friendly which was important since we had our grandsons with us. The staff was very helpful and friendly also. We enjoyed it and would highly recommend the condo.

I was very pleased with this condo and the staff at Bender Realty were great to work with. The only thing about the condo I thought needed attention was the toaster and the carpet in the living room area. Other than that, when I get to return I will definitely stay at the Sandpiper and work with Bender Realty.

Bender Realty did a good job of keeping the beach in as good of condition as it was. Oil ruined the fishing. Such a shame that the beautiful gulf is in the condition it is. This should of never happened. Praying for the best outcome possible for the Gulf. Still alot to enjoy around Gulf Shores.

We stayed in 2B, 08-08-09 thru 08-13-09. Our condo was great. The beds were so comfortable, we even checked the labels to see what kind they were. The location of the Sandpiper Condos was perfect for our needs. A small clothes basket and a shelf in the bathroom cabinet would be a nice little extra something. We are planning on coming back as soon as we can and we consider 2B, our home away from home. Thanks Bender Realty!!

Air conditioner went out on last night. Several maintenance calls to answering service went unanswered. Maintenance arrived next morning to fix during checkout. Bender Reality had contacted us before we arrived home by email and more than made it right. Things can and do happen. We highly recomend Bender Reality and the Sandpiper Condo and Thank them. We've stayed there for several years and will be there next year. The best condo on the beach!!!

The TV remote in our unit did not work. We were given a new one, which also did not work. My husband and I got stuck in the elevator, which resulted in calling the fire department. I was just glad none of my grandchildren were with us when this happend. It was a very bad experience for me. Please have it checked! If I ever stay again, I will not ride that elevator!

A Great rental property. WE always have a great time and look forward to returning. A beautiful area to kick back and enjoy. We also have other family members and friends who rent units at the same time, which makes for a great renunion. Already looking forward to next yeaar. I can still here the waves from the gulf. Love this place it is great. Security guard could calm down a little. I know she is there for the protection of everyone and to help keep the peace when things go wrong. However, in my opinion she was just a little over zealous.

Last October was our first visit to Gulf Shores. We loved it! The property was very clean and well kept. Our condo was decorated beautifully. The people that we met there were very friendly. We plan to come back soon for another vacation. Gulf Shores has become one of our favorite family vacation spots.
