This was our second stay at the condo. It was very noisy this time, lots of people at the pool that were not staying at the Sandpiper, hard to find a place to park. had water balloons thrown at our condo. Not sure we will stay again.

This is our 3rd year at the Sandpiper and we certainly enjoyed the location in Gulf Shores. This is the 3rd unit we have stayed in and the best for a number of considerations. We have developed a friendship with a number of other long-term residents and enjoy the daily happy hour with these people. We hope to continue to spend our wintertime here at the Sandpiper.

We recently stayed in the Sandpiper for 5 nights for a short fall vacation. The property was very well kept and the unit was well furnished and in excellent repair. The only problem we had was one rainy day -- something to be expected occaisionally during the fall in Gulf Shores. My wife used the time to shop. So, she didn't mind the rain as much as I did.

We loved it here. We vacationed with our three kids (six and under) and it was the perfect place. Great beach and pool access, other guests were quiet and enjoyable to be around, condo was in great condition. Would definitely recommend!

This was the 4th or 5th time we have stayed in this unit, and we love it! The pictures on the website need to be updated though as some of the furniture and furnishings have changed.

We love everything about the Sandpiper and our experience with Bender Realty. We have stayed in the same unit at least 3 times in the past 3 years and have never had an issue or complaint. It is so well maintained, and just perfect for our needs. Thank you for providing us with this perfect location and destination.

Not used to having the unit be completely tiled. Had to remember to brush feet off before getting into bed, and swept sand up in the unit a few times. The unit had everything else we needed.

I have been going to the SP for 20+ years and am a owner. I was very disappointed with all of the trash on the property, bags of trash piled up under the stairwell on the ground floor, trash in the bushes and towels hung all over the rails.
I was also very embarrassed with the group of guests staying that openly smoked pot by the pool during the day and were loud and obnoxious at night
I want to praise the cleanliness of the units. We had family in 3 units and were VERY PLEASED with the condition of the units. -

WE have stayed at sandpiper many times, usually in a different apt. The one we stayed in this time 15c lacked in the kitchen department. There no long spatulas or tongs to cook on the grill with. The pots and pans were very old and not very helpful, other than that the apt. was like all the others. We were there for a week starting June 11. Also another large group was ther from Ky. for reunion. they were very noisy and rude in the evening time around the pool. In fact they took over the pool. No other kids could be in the pool because of too many adults drinking and yelling and several curse words.The noise was rediculus and we called bender reality to complain. Now I don't mind people drinking and having good times.But drunkeness and cursing around my family and grandchildren is uncalled for. I have never been there with so many loud and drunk people I hope they go some place else next year. We have alwaty said this was a very family oriented place, but this time no it was not.Too many Dads even cursing and yelling at their own kids.

Our family loved our stay at Sandpiper 15C! The layout of the condo community offers the guests the opportunity to bond w/the "neighbors" with the common areas being located between the buildings. Also, I like how each condo's balcony is offset, giving the family a private area to relax. The only "thing" missing from the commnunity is a hot tub.
The decor of our condo was bright and cheerful and I LOVE the tile floors! The layout of the condo is like the community, offering privacy for each bedroom w/spacious yet intimate gathering areas. I look forward to spending our family vacation here again in 2013! Sincerely, Mary Ann Seger -

Very easy check in and the representatives were courteous and helpful. Everything was great. This was the 3rd year in a row I have stayed at the sandpiper and each experience was fantastic. I look forward to returning again next year. THank everyone for their help.

Loved how organized and complete everything was in 15C. Best blender ever. Liked the little touches, like the tiny bottle of dish detergent. We love Sandpiper and have been having yearly reunions there for 15 years.

There was a family group of 35 or so staying in the complex. They drank alot and had parties all through the night. They pretty well monopolized the pool and grilling areas. They also played music from their balcony to the pool area all night long. We never did complain to Bender about this so I do not feel it is Bender's fault. Our condo was great and the folks at Bender were wonderful!!

missed having individual private balcony, but view was still nice; kitchen sink could have been cleaned more thoroughly, something in or around the refrigerator smelled of fish, and the shower curtain liners needed to be replaced-they were mildewed

We would stay there again. 15C was very nice. The only thing I would complain about was that the floors were dirty and your feet were always dirty if you walked around barefoot in the rooms.

we stayed at lagoon run every summer for years until we got smart and wanted to stay on the beach since we have young childen and one minute they at the pool and the next they want to be on the beach so it makes it so much more easier not to worry about crossing the highway. but we love the set up at lagoon run as we call it a horse shape, that way we could see the pool at all times. what a great day when we found y'all it is the same way but we have a beautiful view and the price was right. we can't wait to stay this summer coming and years after.

My family visit Sandpiper every year and enjoy the friendly guest that also stay there. we already have reservations for our vacation there in July. wouldn't want to stay any place else. My grand kids enjoy the pool. We just like every thing about it. The beach, pool, and condo.
