Overall, it was a good stay at Gulf Towers. There was however, major construction going on to the garage and exterior. I would not have rented that unit if I would have known. we had to walk around, through and under the scaffolding and there were wet paint signs everywhere all week. the hall ways were not clean mainly because of the construction. There were men doing repairs on the windows facing the water and we never knew if they were going to see into our unit. I hope that it makes a difference. We will not be coming back to Gulf Shores again, not enough to do, and too much traffic. KG

I found the rooms to be dirty and not very well kept up. The location and pool were great. We have stayed at Gulf Towers many times in the past and always enjoyed the rooms before.

My sister & I rented both 9C & 9B for our families to have a family vacation together for the first time ever. My crew stayed in 9C & we enjoyed it very much. Loved the balcony furniture & beds. The living room furniture needed a little updating, especially the sofa bed. The kitchen had everything you could want, even if you weren't on vacation. Informed management that dryer needed a good vacuming out (don't think guests knew how to clean the lint catcher) & the floor grout could have been cleaner. Overall, I LOVED it & would definitely rent this unit,9C, again (not so much 9B).

Our room was not clean. bathtubs looked like hadn't been scrubbed in a long time. the unit just seemed old and in need of some updating. the floors needed a good scrubbing. you could see dirt and dust behind the furniture. the quipment did not work in the excercise room. the price was too high for the condition of the unit.

We really enjoyed our time in this unit. All the amenities were there and working properly. The furnishings were a little outdated but the unit was kept up and clean. Would definetly recommend getting wifi access in unit and cable channel guide. A special thank you to the ladies at Bender Realty.,, they were all really nice and welcoming!

Nice place to stay. Great for my mother with limited mobility because it has an elevator an a nice balcony with a great view of the beach. Also great for my toddler because the balcony had glass doors which could be closed and locked so we didn't have
to worry so much about him falling over the railing. Could have been a bit cleaner, but was okay. Good place for the price and the staff was friendly. Kitchen was stocked with everything you think you might need and more. -

This condo seems to be furnished with articals from Good Wills. It really needs a good cleaning, the mold in the grout in the bathrooms has been there a long time. The owners must not stay there often or they would know the things that need attention.

We have stayed in 4 different units at Gulf Tower. This unit is the best one yet. One improvement that could be made is to replace the mattress and box springs in the Master BR. The bed is very soft and is lower on the right side than the left. The second BR has a new mattress and box spring and was quite comfortable. All the other furnishings were very nice. We will be back next year and proably get the same unit.

Unit 9C had a fantastic view of the beach. Everything we needed was there--plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. My only suggestion for improvement would be that the owner update the living room furniture, which is rather old, and the sofa-bed smelled when opened. The balcony was great with a ceiling fan and patio furniture. The location was great because the beach isn't too crowded in that area. We would return again.
