Lucky us decided to go the same week as LSU Spring Break (later than most colleges). I must say the students for the most part (98%) were very courteous and respectful. The other 2% acted like they had never been away from home before in their life. The property did not do a very good job of staying on top of the noise and general rowdiness. With no property management on-site, there was really no recourse for guests to use. I will not take my family back to this property but will instead use a property with on-site management going forward. I do however recommend Bender to book your property as they have always done an excellent job for us over a 20 year period.

My wife and I stayed here on our anniversary recently. We have stayed at Bender properties many times throughout the years and always had a great time. This room would be a bit tight for more than 4 people, even though it says it sleeps 6. I would say 4 adults or MAYBE 4 adults and 2 kids. Definitely NOT 6 adults. It was only the two of us, and it was perfect! Unit was spotless and the property is quite nice. Beautiful view of the Gulf. We actually went up to the 6th floor at midnight and could see lots of fireworks on the bay side, and could see the HUGE firework display they had at The Wharf in Orange Beach! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

I think for a three day stay you need more than 1 garbage bag, 1 dishwasher detergent tablet, 1 roll of paper towels, and 1 roll of toliet paper. If you had 6 people here that would be awful! I think for that much money you could have at least 1 of each per night if you can't put a whole box of each in there to use as needed.

Loved the location and the one bedroom condo was just perfect for two. Loved the little bunk beds but was glad not to have children on the trip. Made great suit case holders.

We had a very fun, relaxing vacation =] The condo was convenient, clean, and exactly what we needed for just the two of us on our last trip before our first child is born! The parking was a little crammed, but I think that was due to the influx of people that were in town for the Hangout music festival. We found out about the overflow parking lot across the street half way through our stay, which was nice to know. I'll definitely book with Bender Realty again!

Had a great time, condo was exactly what we wanted, great people, great restaurants (love that seafood gumbo!). Should've read more detail on what wasn't corkscrew for the wine! Can't wait to come back.

Stay here the first week of august dearing the week it was great located on the beach.These condo are the older the some of the outher which isnt bad but the walls and ceiling are not soundproof you. Could hear the outher pepole walking and talking in the other condo's and where the beds are. Next to the walk way where everyone walk from the elevator to there room you could hear them talking and rolling the luggage carts. I would only stay here when its not busy or in the off season where it would be quite, for the money u cant beat it if u can stand the noise or not a light sleeper like i am

Everything was wonderful.. Had a problem with sliding door someone came to fix it within an hour of reporting it. We enjoyed this condo so much we even made a reservation to stay here again in August.

We had the perfect getaway at Seacrest. We had a beautiful view of sun rises from our balcony, the unit was comfortable and had everything we could need, the pool and hot tub were lovely, and the building was pleasant.

We could not have asked for the staff to be nicer. The security guard was one of the sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Their staff was very helpful and went out of their way to answer all of our questions. Our condo was very clean, neat and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach view and access was perfect. We will definately stay at this property again. If you are looking for a very low key, off season escape, this is the place....

Great price for a good condo. Excellent location. Right on the beach. Felt very safe as security even questioned us making sure we belonged! Would suggest for owner to purchase light tan table & chairs that most of the other condos had on balcony...would appear cleaner than the dark green that shows the weathered appearance even though it was clean. We did enjoy our meals on the balcony as it was so relaxing. Would suggest to guests to take a basket or bin to put at front door to hold shoes etc... to keep the sand out of the condo. Would definitely stay here &/or use Bender again.

we had to check in late because the room wasn't clean by 3. we went to pull out the sofa bed but under the couch cushions it was disgusting. they need to clean under those! the staff at bender was excellent and very helpful. overall we had a great experience.

We were very dissatisfied with the Seacrest 202. The bathroom smelled of urine. The shower curtain was moldy. The curtain on the sliding glass doors had splashes of stains on it. Old half empty water bottle lying in floor in living area. No overhead lighting in bedroom/very poor lamp lighting. Uncomfortable dated wicker furniture in living area. Coffee table glass and wobbly and posed safety concern as we have a preschooler. Balcony furniture cheap, plastic, uncomfortable and dirty. Felt the room was overall dirty and uncomfortable.

This trip was booked last minute. We were surprised to get a such a good place. The condo was beach front with a great view and in good condition. The only criticism I would give to the owner is that it is time to replace/update the comforters and pillows. The sheets and towels provided by the management company were in great condition. However the rest of the linens that remain at the condo were in very poor condition giving a first impression that the condo itself was run down. However the condo (furniture, appliances, etc.) were in reality in really good condition. Fortunately we brought our own blankets and pillows for the car ride and all was well.

Our experience with Bender and Seacrest was WONDERFUL!!!!! The staff everywhere was so very helpful and nice. They went out of their way to help and make sure we were taken care of. What GREAT customer service. The condo was clean and comfortable. Everything there was in working order and the location was GREAT! On a scale of 1-10 our overall rating was an 11!!

The shower does not drain, really slow. The main TV is very fuzzy on the 1-15 channels. the pillows had holes in them and the stuffing was coming out. Could not hook up the units DVD player to the TV. Dryer is very loud and a bang noise when use. Was no tupperware in condo, just as a backup.(minor but nice to have in unit) We would stay in another unit, pending not the same problems we had.

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores, and a friend recommended the Seacrest. We loved it! It was wonderful being able to stay right on the beach. I don't think we ever closed the sliding balcony door the whole time we were there! The space was just right for me and my boys (they loved the bunk beds!). And I used the table every night to scrapbook my pictures from the day. I came home with a complete album commemorating our trip. And the wi-fi was awesome. I brought my laptop, just in case, and was thrilled to be able to access my email while I was there. But what was up with the jellyfish on the beach the last day we were there? Weird. =)

Our stay at Seacrest was very special & memorable for us. We came down from TN for a beachside wedding on Nov. 24th so this was also our honeymoon as well. We loved being on the 2nd floor (not too high) and we enjoyed watching the dolphins (LOTS of em) from our balcony. We would rent from Bender again and if the rates were as comparable during the busy season, we would certainly stay at Seacrest again during our summer vacation.

In the end we were satisfied with our stay. However the first unit we went to the door lock did not work and we could not get in. A very nice maintenance man came and worked on it for 2 hours. We eventually moved to another unit for the night that was not as nice. The next day we moved to an entirely new condo. Bender did not bend over backwards with outstanding customer service but they did accommodate our requests. Next time it would be nice if they smiled while doing so and did not huff and puff like it was causing them a lot of trouble. After all we had to move all of our stuff to 3 different condos for a weekend stay. Not exactly ideal but the last condo we moved to was very nice which was Caribbean 703.

We had the most wonderful time, and we were both very impressed with the condo as well as the service we received from Bender Realty. We have decided that we want to make Bender Realty and Seacrest our regular vacation location. We will be back later in the year and look forward to booking through Bender again. We would love to be able to get the same condo each time as well.

I would recommend the property to a friend but not the realty company. We arrived 12 minutes before they were to close that day and had talked to them on the phone about a half hour prior to that and no one was at the office when we arrived, we had to use the phone and lock box and were very upset about this especially considering that they were to be there still. We were told on the phone when we intially made the reservation that they would close at one time and then on the day of arrival a different time but still we showed before they were suppose to be closed and no one was there. This put us behind on our vacation schedule the next day because we had to go and check in. The place was not competely clean and there were problems with bedding as to sheets that were left, some were not clean, some only had one sheet and some only had two top sheets. Over all I was satisfied with the stay but not totally satisfied and would not reccomend bender realty to a friend or use them again myself.

The VIEW was AWESOME!! We got up every morning and watched the dolphins play from our balcony. The staff was very nice.The condo had everything we needed.I would DEFINITELY recommend this Condo. We do plan on staying here again in the future!
