Weekly Rentals only from May 20, until August 12.
To reserve the condo, a 40% deposit of condo rental amount will be required upon making a reservation. There is also a $300 security deposit, but if you choose to pay a non refundable damage fee in the amount of 50.00 which covers accidental damages up to an amount of 300.00, we will waive the security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a reservation, the guest named on the rental agreement must notify us either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservation fee will be forfeited on all canceled reservations. If you cancel your reservation less than 60 days prior to the arrival date the reservation deposit and reservation fee is non-refundable. If we can re-book the unit for the same dates, you will be refunded the amount at which the unit was re-booked, even if it is a lesser amount. If canceling 7 days or less, prior to 4pm on your arrival date, there are no refunds or reschedules.

I was looking for a place to stay for 5 friends, all of us in our 20s, that wasn't too expensive but wasn't super dirty either and close to the beach. There was actually a decent view of the beach from the balcony, too, even though it's across the street. This property did not disappoint! We all really enjoyed staying here as it was a great value for the price and time of year (June) and very clean and had decent kitchen facilities so we were able to cook a lot and store the food for midnight snacks. The property was laid back, with a lot of families and such around - seemed very safe - and not noisy at all (which we appreciated; other 20-somethings may not). The manager was really great - originally I thought we had booked six nights but because of my stupidity, we had only booked five. He allowed us to extend our stay an extra night and charged us the original rate at what we had booked at (very awesome). I'd say the only drawbacks were that the extremely slow and spotty wifi did not allow us to watch Netflix movies and that it was a bit small for 5 people.

This condo is very affordable, with quick and easy beach access, and all the comforts of home inside. Lani Kai is very convenient and easy to find, with convenient parking. Great beach view from the balcony for sitting with morning coffee or evening cocktail. Everything in the condo and in the complex was clean and working. I would definitely stay here again.

My fiance and I stayed here for a weekend get-a-way and had a great time. The condo is located very close to shops, restaurants, and night life. The value for the condo is great and we would recommend to anyone.

I'll start by saying anytime spent in Gulf Shores is great. Staying at this property only made it better. The property had everything promised in the description with no surprises. The property is a great value compared to other proerties in the area. And number 1 the location is very convenient to restaurants, bars, and the beach

I experienced booking to be quick and painless. Upon arrival, the facility was just as advertised with no negative surprises. The property was clean inside and out. I experienced excellent service as well. I will not hesitate to book this property next time I visit Gulf Shores
