Located high in the Sanibel condominium complex so there is a great view of the beach and ocean and also a great view of the lagoon on the other side - you are surrounded by water! The beach is just a short walk away.
Our unit is over 1200 sq ft - much larger than most 2 bedrooms with plenty of space to move around and accomodate a large family. The main room is over 500 sq ft and there is plenty of seating capacity and a 30' wall of windows to see the ocean and beach activity. You can see from the pictures that the views are great!!!

Only 5 minutes from the beach T head in Gulf Shores. Airport that is close by is either Pensacola, FL or Mobile, AL although Southwest now flys in to the Panama City airport a couple hour drive away. From our place you are 5 minutes from many great restaurants and entertainment centers and even a Super Wal-Mart. The best news is your only 1 minute from the beach!

The house is very comfortable and the pool was spotless. The property owner came a few times to change outdoor light bulbs and skim the pool. The house was very clean and the stairwell between the duplexes (2 sets - one for each side) was a great noise buffer for sounds from neighbors. They had teenagers and an 18 month old who evidently ran up and down the hall constantly. We barely heard those little pitter-patter feet and that was when the house was quiet in the early morning, etc. It was a little chilly in March, but so many wonderful things to see and do there made up for that. Highly recommend it!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was convenient to everything, but far enough away to make you feel like you were on a real get away. The unit was clean and had a beautiful view of the Gulf. Our first morning, we woke up to dolphins playing! I would definitely go back again.
