Everything about this stay was excellent. We had two condos for 8 people. Access to beach, pool and amenities was excellent. Very well-furnished and equipped for a family group.

Great location and very nice condo. My wife's vacation rule is to never stay anywhere that is not at least as nice as our house. This condo more than met that rule! Very clean and the layout more than met our needs. My family of 5 stayed 7 nights and we loved every minute of it.

I went with a group of 6 women to attend The Hangout Festival.The staff of Bender Realty was very helpful and the location of the office to the condo was very close, almost right across the street.There is the Pier33 grocery store across the street as well, very convenient!!Condo itself is well located,premises were clean & we all felt safe.Note that if you do plan to use the lounge chairs & umbrellas on the beach, there will be a charge of $25 each for the use of 2chairs w/ attached umbrella, as they are not owned by the condo itself.Also if you drive up to the 3rd level parking garage & you have a cartop carrier on your vehicle, you will need to take it off as the overhang going to that level is too low.Overall our stay was fantastic and we plan on returning next year, if not sooner!!

Check-in after 3:00 pm is too late and it seemed as if the whole day had been wasted. We arrived early and we're not able to get into our room until closer to 4:00Pm. The condo was not as clean as it should have been. The master bath smelled like urine
next to the toilet and everything was not dusted or swept. The ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom needs to be tightened. We were not able to use it at the end because we felt it was not safe. The master bed headboard and footboard need to be tightened as well.
The bed wobbled. Regular maintenance needs to be checked on such as fans, beds, chairs (dining) so that screws are tight and secure. I do not believe I would stay here again unless they hire a different cleaning service and do regular maintenance checks. Paying
$125.00 for cleaning was rediculous since it did not meet my standards. Having to wait to check-in was also a big inconvenience especially with younger children.Pam Fries
