Description from the owner
The view is breathtaking from our newer beachfront condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico from the twelfth floor. Island Royale opened in June of 2002 so this is a relatively new and modern building. Furniture was updated in 2011.
Master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen. We also have an inflatable mattress. Fully equipped kitchen. Extra large balcony!
Great beach and location! Many restaurants and amusements nearby, or just relax on the beach and watch the dolphins swim by. Take a walk on the beach in the beautiful sugar white sand.
Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub.

Last minute find and could have not been more pleased! On the beach, oceanside, penthouse. Weather was fantastic and literally only steps from the beach. Will pass the word on and be back again :)
