This unit is wonderful. It is clean and well maintained. The views are spectacular. The bathrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook with. We also like having security on the premises. No complaints at all. Can't wait to stay again.

The condo is very well kept and clean. My only disappoint was in the realty company telling me there were beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach to rent when there were not. I asked the realtor at Bender realty twice to clarify that beach chairs and umbrellas were available as I was traveling with a baby and two small children where these items would be essential. It is quite difficult to carry all of those items when traveling with childen. As I arrived, I realized I had to go and purchase these items my self and haul them across the street to the beach with small children and their baby items as well. This was extremely inconvenient and cumbersome.

This was great value for money in terms of the unit itself, the views, the pool. The walk to the beach got old by the end of the week; the property is across the street and sits at the back of a large parking lot. To get to the beach you have to walk about a block alongside beach boulevard which can be a little trying with gear and small children.

This unit was not only affordable, but clean and well kept. I would stay here again and recommend this unit. The ONLY thing I didn't care for was the pink sofa? Strange choice of color.
